Since 1957 when it was established in Louviers, Maison Clet has never stopped thinking bigger. It can now be found at numbers 4 to 8 of the same street, in a sumptuous and spacious space that offers a wide range of wines and spirits and all the best of the delicatessen. In addition to the thousand wines on offer, you will find nearly four hundred whiskies, rums, cognacs and calvados to suit all tastes, as well as a fine selection of foies gras, truffles, chocolates, jams, teas... Norman products are naturally given pride of place.

This charming boutique, inaugurated in August 2022, invites you to a delectable gourmet escape. From the moment you enter, the warm, rustic decor sets the scene. For those with a sweet tooth, you'll discover a whole range of artisanal products, from the essential chocolate bar to palm oil-free spreads. Not forgetting the famous babas and Harry Potter-inspired delights... Savoury connoisseurs can rest assured that the store also offers spreads and spices to delight their taste buds. This delicatessen pays tribute to culinary traditions with a whole range of products to discover.

For gourmets and gourmands alike, Torréfaction Dieppoise Arthur et Paul is a veritable paradise. When you open the door to this delicatessen with its deliciously vintage charm, you're immediately plunged into a whirlwind of exquisite scents. Freshly roasted coffee blends with the aromas of Bonnat chocolate and spices sold on site. Tea and herbal tea lovers are also delighted by the vast choice on offer here. On-site or online, you'll find everything you need to put together a gourmet basket to give as a gift or share with loved ones.

In this "counter of yesteryear" setting, it is good to find beautiful flavours. Local products, a collection of rare teas, exceptional whiskies, everything comes together to make shopping enjoyable. From raw cider to raw cream, from cheese by the slice to good wines from all over France, from starters to gifts or souvenirs: nothing is missing here. Note that just across the street is the sister establishment Côte et Cottages, which offers a wide selection of decorative objects, lighting and tableware, among other things.

In the family of small, independent and friendly shops on Rue Froide, I'd like to mention Les Cousins! Don't wait to visit Alice and Brice (real cousins, no kidding!). All smiles, it's a pleasure to chat with them and discover their superb selection of local and seasonal products at low prices. Fruits and vegetables, skinless sausages, cheeses, flours, beers and even herbal teas. Normandy is favored, otherwise it's always from France, or at least organic and reasoned. A great place!

Do you dream of a dozen oysters, mussels, langoustines or a handful of shrimps? Go to Le Vivier. You will fill up with iodine, all year round, even on Sundays, morning and afternoon. Since 1958 and three generations, the Colleville family has been treating you to shellfish and seafood straight from their water. Take the time to walk around the basins in the basement of the house. Le Vivier also has a tasting room, "La Cabane du Vivier", installed on the same level facing the sea...

This is a winery whose reputation has spread far beyond the borders of Argentan! A true mastermind behind this fine establishment, Marc Pottier makes it a point of honour to meet producers of reasoned, natural or biodynamic wines. Here, we share, exchange, make wonderful discoveries and feel good. Local products, such as calvados and other ciders and perries, are also on offer here. The sign says, "The cellar of tasteful French producers": it's true!

Just a stone's throw from Le Havre town hall is the Place O Marché, a popular spot for gourmets. Opened in 2023, these new covered market halls are home to a host of gourmet artisans: greengrocers, cheesemongers, butchers, fishmongers, wine merchants... there's something for everyone! What makes the place so original is the food court aspect. In fact, you can order dishes from each shopkeeper and taste fresh produce on the spot. The house is an institution to which people come from all over the Cotentin region. Opened in 1889 by Clovis Gosselin, the art of presenting the most common and the rarest products has been handed down from generation to generation, and the results are there! This gourmet grocery store offers Norman products, where cheeses play a major role: say "Olivier cheeses" to a Dieppois, and you will see a smile on his face! Nearly two hundred kinds of cheeses invade the stalls of this shop every year. Do you want a cheese for a particular day? Ask, it will be perfectly refined for your reception. In this store dedicated to the flavours of the land, you will find smoked salmon, foie gras, spices, a beautiful range of oils, vinegars and mustards, more than seventy kinds of teas always updated, many varieties of coffee roasted by the house, and of course local drinks (cider, pommeau, etc.), not to mention the superb wine cellar... L'Olivérade delights our taste buds. The shop is charming and tempting, with its stalls of homemade pasta, cold meats, preserves, bottles of wine (from the small "vino della casa" to the finest vintages) and olive oils from all the regions of the Botte. The grocery store also offers a fresh section with antipasti, pesto, homemade tapenades, cooked dishes, sweet treats... And as the house doubles as a restaurant, you can opt for the lunch formula in the heart of the shop or on the terrace in the summer.

Aux Délices de Laurie is first and foremost a purple front, with golden writings... Here is a chic and charming delicatessen, which enchants the heart of Saint-Pierre. Here, greed is not a bad thing! To succumb to it, Laurie offers you products from our sunny region! You will also find spices, teas, coffees, syrups, oils, vinegars, vanillas, chocolates, cakes... At noon, the place becomes a nice little brasserie with a simple but efficient menu, and in the afternoon, the shop is also a tea room!

Located in the commercial area of the Baie des Citrons, the Alambic is a well-known establishment, formerly located in the heart of the city. Even for the pleasure of the eyes, make a detour, the visit is impressive. From spirits to fine grocery products, the aisles breathe the fragrances of its approximately 2,430 references, 180 whiskies selected with the knowledge of a graduate oenologist, in a space called Whiskythèque. On-site, the team puts in effort to guide you through these glasses and colours, boxes, nectars. Of course, in addition to the advice on food, wine and spirits, you can also find services, glasses, carafes, gift ideas, and boxes prepared with refinement. The organisation, each year in October, of a wine fair and whiskies.
