Isabelle and Sylvain Mugnaini, owners of the emblematic Trattoria, have created a fine delicatessen. In the kitchen is Roberta, a native Italian who has been with the restaurant since it opened. Les produits ne sont pas donnés, comme bien souvent lorsqu'on cherche de la qualité. Mais ils sont très bons, j'y repasserai volontiers car l'endroit me semble plus que satisfaisant ! En plus il reste tant à essayer.

Jusqu'à maintenant habitué à La Trattoria pour ses plats traiteur, fromages, charcuteries, olives ... grosse désillusion pour un plat (cannelloni froid) : à l'ouverture (3h apres l'achat), une forte odeur acide (et ça n'était pas les pickles) et finalement à l'observation, un point de moisissure vert et un beau duvet blanc à chaque extrémité.
Manifestement le produit avait plusieurs jours et certainement un manque d'hygiène à la préparation et/ou la conservation.
