Domaine Boussey Laurent is a winery located in Monthelie, near Meursault in Burgundy. With 14 hectares of vines and 24 different appellations, the domaine offers a wide selection of red and white wines. Next to the Notre-Dame Basilica, the Maison Joseph Drouhin Oenotheque is located in the magnificent building of the former Parliament of Burgundy. This building, which dates back to the 12th century, is worth a visit and the marble plaque on the pediment speaks volumes about its historical past. Once through the airlock, you enter a sublime room where the stone columns support a vaulted ceiling, a luxury case for haute couture wines. The oenotheque is the showcase for the wines of a world-renowned estate. Founded in 1880, the estate is still run by the same family. The family is committed to perpetuating the tradition by ensuring each step of the production, from the work in the vineyard to the promotion and export. In short, this place is a sumptuous boutique where you can offer yourself one of the 90 Joseph Drouhin appellations, including some old vintages straight from the reserve. Here you can visit the historic cellars dating back to the 13th and 15th centuries that run under the city. Once you have had this unique experience, you can taste the wines of the estate. Regularly, the oenotheque renews thematic meetings, on reservation, for groups limited between 8 and 30 people. The agenda is posted on the website: blind tastings, food and wine pairings with truffles or chocolate, tasting of great wines... New: a guided tour of the vineyards of the Maison au Clos des Mouches by electric bicycle followed by a visit to the cellars and a tasting.

In addition to regional appellations and Côte de Nuits-Villages red, the domaine added a new appellation in 2008: Savigny-les-Beaune. With 8.92 ha of vines, Hervé Petitot can boast one of the most promising ranges in Burgundy. The growing quality of the different vintages, both reds and whites, is appreciated. What could be more surprising, then, for this heir to a long line of winegrowers, married to an oenologist? The renovated building, with its typically Burgundian cachet, offers a glimpse of the company's policy, oscillating between respect for tradition (hand-picking, bottling on the property, oak barrels) and the use of cutting-edge know-how.

Following the example of some colleagues, this exploitation has abandoned the old Arboisian stones to invest in the artisanal zone. Among the Ratte family are the son Quentin, the father Michel-Henri and Françoise whose parents were local winegrowers. They work in "Bio" and "Biodynamics", approved "Demeter". Use for example of horn dung, silica, herbal teas and decoctions for the good health of the soil as well as the 5 vine stocks used. The 9 hectares are spread over 7 of the most popular local climates such as "Les Corvées", "Le grand Curoulet" and "La Bergère". The same rigour comes into play in the vinification and sobriety right down to the labels on the bottles. On the other hand, there are original qualifiers to designate vintages such as this "Aristocratte", a close relative of the Macvin based on "Fine" or even this "Dandy", a passerillé who is not entitled to the title of Vin de paille because it has a titre of 13.7° instead of the required 14. However, you should know that the grapes were dried for 6 months and the juice was aged for 3 years, one of which was during fermentation!

Anne and Sylvain Bouhélier, along with their son Paul, welcome you to their cellar, which has been converted into a winegrower's museum, a veritable mine of information on the history of Crémant du Châtillonnais. In summer, and by appointment the rest of the year, they take you to the heart of their vineyards to discover the slopes, the grape varieties and the work of the winemaker. The 7.5 ha of sustainable vineyards are spread over 6 villages. Choose from 5 cuvées of Crémant, a Burgundy, red, white or rosé, a ratafia and an old marc distilled on the estate.

To say that the Roy family is rooted in the Chablis region is an understatement! In 1810, Pierre Roy was a winegrower there. One hundred years later, his descendant Fernand created the estate. Since then, generations have succeeded one another on this 20 ha estate located on the right bank of the Serein. The 4 appellations are present: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru "Le Fourchaume" and "Le Vaulorent", and the Grand Cru "Les Bougros" and "Les Preuses". Passed down from generation to generation, Benoît Sordet, owner of Domaine Coste-Caumartin continues to keep this 13-hectare estate alive. Concerned about the environment and biodiversity, the estate has obtained the HVE (High Environmental Value) level 3 label, as of the 2019 vintage harvest. This distinction is a guarantee of quality work that allows the vine to flourish. We find among others Saint-Romain, Beaune^1er Cru for the whites and in red of Pommard and Pommard 1er Cru of which "Le Clos des Boucherottes", Clos in monopoly. Very beautiful wines raised in oak barrels which develop all their quality in a superb vaulted cellar of the XVIIth century.

Founded in 1731, one of the oldest wine houses in Beaune! In 1820, Bernard Bouchard purchased the site of the former Château de Beaune, a royal fortress built in the ^15th century by King Louis XI. The Cave du Château is a contemporary space dedicated to wines, with a playful itinerary. From Tuesday to Saturday at 2:30 p.m., the "rendez-vous Maestro" opens the cellars to you for ageing and expert tasting of 6 great Burgundy wines. An estate of 130 ha for 9 generations with magical climates: Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne, Beaune Grèves Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus.

This is the branch of the house Moillard-Grivot, breeders of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Located just steps from the Hospices de Beaune, this gallery displays fine works of art from the great climates of the coast of Nuits and the coast of Beaune and the Hauts-Côtes. Fencing-de-vougeot, closed-de-bèze in Chambertin, romanée-saint-viviant, corton-clos-du-roi and corton-charlemagne, high, maternés with home paw. Régis Parigot and his Son Alexander are at the head of an area created in 1960, but they come from a long family experience in the wine world. It is located at the entrance of the village in a magnificent building inviting to the stage. There are no fewer than 18 ha of vines spread over Pommare, Savigny, Beaune, Volnay, Meursault, Chassagne and Meloisey in the Upper Côtes de Beaune which are exploited, 80% of them red. The area works in reasoned culture, without herbicides, the cellar and cellars are installed on the spot. Thiebault Huber, who created his estate in 1994, is not a young estate, since his history goes back to 1926. The estate is located in magnificent premises at the northern entrance to Meursault, where the winery, cellar and tasting room are grouped together in a modern building. The 9.5 ha of vines have been organically grown since 2001, controlled and certified by Ecocert since 2005. The organic wines are both whites and reds, with appellations ranging from Mercurey to Pernand-Vergelesses, via Puligny-Montrachet, Volnay and Meursault.

Domaine Houblin-Vernin has been established here in Migé for over 40 years, and is now run entirely by Valentin Vernin. Long committed to protecting the environment, he cultivates the 20 hectares with the utmost respect for nature. As proof of this, the estate has obtained Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) level 3 certification, the highest level of environmental certification for farms. The result is a superb production of Bourgogne Coulanges-la-Vineuse Red, White and Rosé, Crémant and Ratafia.

In 1989, Yves Horde from the Rémois region fell under the spell of Port-Lesney and its vineyards, and never looked back. 2007 marks the start of his winegrowing adventure. A 4-hectare estate (50% in Arbois) spread over 6 different climats: "Chantemerle" in Villette-les-Arbois, "les Fouilles" in Vadans, "Sauvagny" in Arbois, "en Gravelle" in Mesnay, Champagne-sur-Loue and Port-Lesney. Each vineyard is vinified separately, as is each grape variety. Grapes are harvested by hand, and cattle manure is added every 3 years.

Sylvain Pataille has built up his estate, and thus his excellent reputation in the Côte de Nuits, through sheer determination and passion. This consultant oenologist knows how to work his vineyard as well as to tell you its history. With 14 hectares worked in the best possible way, respecting the earth, Sylvain Pataille works his wines biodynamically, and raises his vintages with the patience that one has for a growing child. When he is not in the cellar he is in the vineyard, so to come and discover one of these Marsannay wines, the appointment is essential.

Established in the Chablis region for three generations, Domaine de Chantemerle was founded by Adhémar and Marguerite Boudin, then taken over by their son Francis, before their granddaughters Angélique and Virginie took over. The 20.5 ha on which it extends are divided into 4 crus: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis^1er cru Fourchaume, and Chablis^1er cru Homme Mort. The harvests are vinified on the spot, and matured 9 months in enamelled vats. The whole offering a very nice production which has long since proven itself!

Domaine Pierre Bourée Fils, owner of 6 ha of vines and wine merchant for up to 12 ha, offers a catalog of 80 appellations. A unique offering for a family estate. It owes its success to its attachment to tradition, and to the expertise it applies in a new 400 m² winery. Domaine Pierre Bourée Fils also runs its own restaurant, La Table de Pierre Bourée, a place where you can discover some of the estate's vintages between a very affordable menu and wines at estate prices!

Established since forty in Préhy, near Chablis, the Domaine de Noëlle is a family exploitation which proposes a rich and varied range of wines, all under AOC label. On the white side, Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Chablis matured in oak barrels, and Chablis Haute Tradition are there. But you can also discover excellent red wines of Burgundy, and even a (rarer) rosé wine. All this in a quality-price ratio quite unmatched! Run to discover them. The brothers Jean-Yves and Philippe Noir manage their 11 hectares of Côtes-du-Jura with vines up to 40 years old. Since 2017, their wines have been displayed in a splendid building located along the RN 83. 120^m2 plus mezzanine, all made of wood, including imposing exposed frameworks! The car park makes it easy for vehicles, including coaches, to manoeuvre as they please. The slopes are under sustainable agriculture (grassing or tilled soil and manual harvesting). The 5 typical grape varieties of the Jura deliver their quintessence. Pleasure guaranteed.

Here is a beautiful family farm with an area of 19 hectares whose annual production amounts to 100,000 bottles. An important part is destined for export. Here, we do not play games with quality: reasoned culture, manual harvesting for a healthy and whole grapes, manual harvest for a healthy and whole grape, traditional vinification in oak barrels for 8 to10 months to provide a maximum of freshness and flexibility. A proof of the quality of the production? The wines are regularly awarded by prestigious guides. The estate offers fifteen appellations at reasonable prices namely: Monthelie, Volnay , Pommard or Beaune and Auxey-Duresses for red wines. For white ones, you can choose between Saint-Aubin Premiere Cru, Meursault and Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune. The estate receives you only by appointment.

The family has been in the vineyard since 1766. Daniel Maillard created his field in 1952. Representatives of the second generation, the two brothers Pascal and Alain Maillard lead the field by distributing the tasks: Alain takes care of the vines while Pascal works in the winemaking and marketing of wines. The area covers 19 hectares and 8 villages. A traditional, rational and weed culture. One of the peculiarities of the house is to work with the lunar calendar, it seems to succeed it! An impressive area with perfectly maintained buildings, a tasting cellar of about 30 m ² and a cellar of 500 m ². The wines of the estate present in many (good) restaurants in the region.

Seven generations of Pignier have succeeded one another since the acquisition of their cellar in 1794. The two brothers, Jean-Etienne and Antoine, and sister Marie-Florence work with talent in the 13th century stones of the Carthusian monks of Vaucluse. The 15 hectares have a subsoil of marls of the lias and trias with a strong slope; thus requiring a laborious work. The entire vineyard has been committed to biodynamic farming since 2003. No more than 25 hl/ha! The vintages of La Percenette or Des Gauthières know how to wait... up to 48 months in barrel! But what a result at the end!

The son of winegrowers who carried their harvest from generation to generation to the local cooperative, Jean-Michel Petit became independent in 1990. For a long time in the practice of integrated pest management with manual harvesting, he has been farming organically since 2012; chemical weeding in particular has been abolished since 2004. Each hillside of the 7 hectares of the farm is managed separately in order to respect its identity. Fascinated by the work of the vine and the wine, he sometimes organises outings to discover the terroirs, the grape varieties and the winegrowers' know-how, glass in hand, with a traditional meal at the end. This year our preference was for a 100% chardonnay crémant brut. A geyser of bubbles oriented by a vigorous cord, a nose of plums "queen claude" and a suppleness in the mouth that invites to be served again for fear of forgetting it. No, it's a joke. It will delight you in any case, even when tasted alone.

Since 1990, on 9 hectares of vineyards, the Bardet family (now represented by Damien and his cousin Alexandre) has specialized in Chablis, Petit Chablis, Irancy and Burgundy, with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as well as Crémant Blanc de Blanc. No fewer than 7 appellations in all. Among the house's successes, the Chablis Cuvée 2020 won the Gold Medal at the Concours des Vins de Chablis 2022. Please note that tastings are available by appointment. So don't hesitate. Especially as the welcome is always warm and friendly.

Pierre Ravaut, 6th generation of the Gaston and Pierre Ravaut estate, now owns his own house, a rich and promising heritage in the pure family tradition. The Domaine Pierre Ravaut is located on the main road of the village with ideal parking and reception conditions. You have access to a catalogue of about ten reds and four whites starting from the Burgundy appellations and going up to the jewels of the Climats de Bourgogne. The meeting with Pierre Ravaut is disturbing for those who know Gaston whose filiation he cannot deny!

The Domaine Viticole de la Bourgade is a place where quality wines are produced, located in a climate conducive to vine-growing, with rich soils and favorable weather conditions. The vines are carefully cultivated and the grapes are harvested by hand to guarantee the best possible quality. The wines produced are varied, with local as well as international grape varieties. The winery offers tastings and guided tours for wine lovers and those interested in the region's history and culture.

Born in 1764, this domain is now managed by Jean-François and Myriam. It is located at the door of the Roman Saint. The family house is a completely renovated mill. Who says ancient mill, said river, the latter short under the property: a source flows in the cellar and salamanders have become the home mascots. 17 ha of vines are maintained by Jean-François, in reasoned culture, with a vineyard treatment adapted to the steep soils of the lands of Saint Romain. It offers a small range of white and red wines in St. Romain, Auxey-Duresses, Meursault, Volnay, Pommare and Cadus at all soft prices. Wines appreciated by connoisseurs.

The history of this estate of Savigny which belongs to one of the oldest families of Savigny-les-Beaune wine growers dates back to 1529. Since 1977, Jean-Jacques and Agnès Girard have been in charge of the estate whereas Vincent, one of the children starts to put his mark on the vinifications which while respecting their climates evolve subtly. The estate exploits 18 ha of vineyards mainly in Savigny but also in Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton, Volnay, Pommard and Beaune. Reasoned culture and tradition go together very well. The estate offers wines whose prices are very reasonable for their quality. Nearly twenty names including the Grand Cru Corton Charlemagne and red Corton Grand Cru "En Charlemagne". It is through the small rue de Cîteaux, where the monks formerly lived, which we can reach the historic residence of the estate. Passed the porch, you discover a beautiful square courtyard surrounded by various buildings housing the winery and the home cellar. It is at the cellar that tastings take place! Discover the wealth of these beautiful samples of the Climats de Bourgogne, red or white, Villages, 1^ers Crus and Grands Crus, in a place with a great charm.

The Château de Cîteaux estate is one of the first wine production sites created by the monks in 1098. Philippe Bouzereau, who belongs to the ninth generation of the estate, practises integrated viticulture, respectful of the environment. Ploughing and traditional vinification allow the development of 16.5 hectares of vines divided into twenty or so appellations, 80% of which are white Meursault, eight first growths and one grand cru: Corton-Bressandes in red.

Direction Vosne-Romanée, to Domaine Nicole Lamarche, in existence since 1797. The 7.5-hectare estate has been run by Nicole Lamarche since 2006. Long since switched to organic farming (2010), the results are there, with ultra-prestigious wines like the exceptional "La Grande Rue Monopole", located next to the world-famous Domaine de la Romanée-Conti plot. Premiers Crus and some Villages and Bourgogne appellations. No visits possible except in exceptional cases (by appointment only, as few wines are for sale).

Champy, founded in 1720, is the oldest of Beaune's great houses. Visit by appointment on rue du Grenier à Sel. On Place de la Halle, you'll find a friendly boutique with a view of the Hôtel Dieu and a team of experts on Climats. Upstairs, a lounge area ideal for tasting Premiers and Grands Crus from the Côte de Beaune and Nuits. 500,000 bottles a year are produced from a third of the estate's 25 ha of vines, 30% of which are organic. Dimitri Bazas, technical director and oenologist, guarantees rigorous vinification.

For 4 generations, this family domain of 21 ha cultivates its vines in the greatest respect of the earth. To discover in its cellar, excellent wines in Bourgogne aligoté, Saint-Bris, Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre (in white and in red) and crémant. Proof of their great quality, in 2021 the Mâcon wine competition awarded a gold medal to the red Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre "Les Boisseaux" 2018 and the white Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre "Terre blanche" 2018. For François Mossu, the love of the vine counts more than the glory. He knew how to transmit his passion to his daughter Alexandra with whom he has recently associated. They provide the best of what their vines produce. Authenticity and know-how: Mossu's straw wine, which connoisseurs call "the Pope", has been awarded many gold medals at the Concours Général de Paris, and twice the Prix d'Excellence. But the yellow wine is not in rest, its château-chalon of anthology, will delight without question the amateurs. A sure value!

For 10 years now, grandson Valentin has been at the helm of the Morel family domaine. 7 ha in AOC Côtes du Jura, farmed organically and biodynamically. The range includes excellent chardonnay, savagnin, pinot noir, poissard and crémants. White and red, then, but also some formidable UFOs like "L'Albinos" (a poissard vinified as a white) and "Savagnin En Bois d'Arnaux" which, conversely, is vinified as a red wine.

In Epineuil, 20 kilometers from Chablis, the Domaine des Quatre Saisons is a family business where each generation has come to write a chapter in its great and beautiful history. It offers excellent red and rosé wines from the Tonnerrois region, made from the Pinot Noir grape variety, as well as white wines from the Chardonnay grape variety. It takes the appellations Petit-Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru Vaucoupin and Bourgogne Tonnerre. To note also an excellent crémant de Bourgogne. The winery Earl Domaine Henri LATOUR et Fils offers a selection of quality wines. You can taste their Crémant de Bourgogne Brut, their Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune 2018 rouge, their Saint-Romain "Le Jarron" 2018 blanc, their Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé and their Auxey-Duresses "Vieilles Vignes" 2018 rouge. Located in the commune of Chassagne-Montrachet, Domaine Bouard-Bonnefoy is a family-run winery offering a selection of Burgundy wines. With 5 hectares of vines located mainly in Chassagne-Montrachet, but also in the communes of Saint-Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet, this estate is run by the fourth generation of the family's winemakers. Since 2006, they have been responsible for all vineyard work, harvesting, vinification and marketing of their wines. The domaine also offers a delivery service.

With his son Joris joining him, Michel Faudot can look to the future with serenity, and continue the dynasty that began in 1879. The medals won each year in the most prestigious competitions are proof of the know-how of this lineage launched by Louis the founder. A specialist of the "melon with red tail", you will also find here a red pinot "cuvée braise d'été" elaborated without sulfite. If you can't visit the cellars, this winegrower's house also has a cellar in downtown Arbois, under the arcades.

This wine cooperative is the youngest in the vineyard, with 17 winegrowers and some 40 hectares covering the Côtes du Jura, Etoile and Château-Chalon. The whites are the most important with 80% of the vineyard in chardonnay and savagnin. The annual production is around 2,200 hectoliters. The culture is more than reasoned, an orientation turned towards the bio since even the residues of treatment are recycled on the spot. Do not hesitate to discover the crémants du Jura. The Domaine du Clos Saint-Louis was founded in 1918 by the Bernard family… For five generations, the family has been serving the most famous beverage in the region, which takes all its nobility letters to Fixin. Today, it is Philippe, Oenology and President of the defense union of Fixin, and his wife Martine, who manage the domain and make it discover. It sits at the foot of a seventeenth century building and this is where everything is done: fermentation, cooking, bottling, labeling,… Steps to discover the owners while you can, in a cellar decorated with old tools, taste one of the twelve wines offered. Wines that are the fruit of 19 hectares of vine in Burgundy, Marsannay, Fixin, Fixin Premier Cru, Côte de Nuits village and Gevrey-Chambertin… We were able to taste a very good Fixin "Clos between two Velles" in 2013 and next time we won't pass next to the 2013 Fixin 1 ^st Cru Cru. Accompanied by Valérie and Jean-Batiste, Roland and Christophe Denis operate a vineyard that has 13.5 hectares and extends today to the municipalities of Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Aloxe-Corton and Chorey-les-Beaune. From Burgundy Aligoté to Burgundy Pasta Pass, passing through great prestigious wines such as Corton-Charlemagne and Corton "Les Paulands", the range of wines in the area is very extensive. For three generations, the family looked after the vineyards of Beaune's Hospices before Roland decided to create its own domain in the 1970 s. The wines of the field are noticed by the specialists. Thus, the guides Hachette and Dussert-Gerber highlighted in their 2017 editions the White Pernand-Vergelesses White 2014 or the first cru Vergelesses Vergelesses 2012 and 2013. Attentive care and know-how combining tradition and modernity offer lovers a rich palette of wines.

Jean-Michel and Yvonne Maurice and their son Stephen are at the head of a family estate born about 4 years ago with ha located in the priory of Savigny-les-Beaune which the monks of Cîteaux created in the th century. The area covers 12 ha, the vines are grown in a philosophy close to biological culture to produce the village names on different places and three 1 ^ers Crus, prices vary from 8.5 € to 23 €. If the cellar and cellars are at the entrance to the Village, the wine cellar is located in the priory on Fournier square in the heart of Savigny-les-Beaune. It is Yvonne Maurice who welcomes you and loves her kindness when she shares her passion for the vine and her village with you. Tasting, discovery of the area, you can even consider staying in the area in one of the comfortable rooms of the house of character of the priory.
