Sylvain Pataille has built up his estate, and thus his excellent reputation in the Côte de Nuits, through sheer determination and passion. This consultant oenologist knows how to work his vineyard as well as to tell you its history. With 14 hectares worked in the best possible way, respecting the earth, Sylvain Pataille works his wines biodynamically, and raises his vintages with the patience that one has for a growing child. When he is not in the cellar he is in the vineyard, so to come and discover one of these Marsannay wines, the appointment is essential.

L' Ancestrale.. c'était un 2008 et jamais je n'avais gouté un tel vin. A regrets nous avons finit le magnum. Merci à vous producteur et au bon conseil du guide H.

J'ai eu la chance de déguster un Clos du Roy 2015 au Chantecler, à Nice, pour l'anniversaire de ma femme. Votre vin m'a été recommandé par le sommelier, et j'en ai gardé un souvenir exceptionnel. Félicitations !
