The Château de Marsannay is one of the 3 properties of the Halley family with the Marché aux Vins and the Château de Meursault. It has 40 ha of vineyards, including 28 ha on the best terroirs of the Marsannay appellation. Nearly 200 000 bottles are produced per year, among them some famous jewels of the vineyard: the 4 Grands Crus Clos de Vougeot, Ruchottes-Chambertin, Chambertin, Echezeaux, the Premiers Crus Vosne-Romanée, Gevrey-Chambertin Bel-Air, or Gevrey-Chambertin Champeaux.

Sylvain Pataille has built up his estate, and thus his excellent reputation in the Côte de Nuits, through sheer determination and passion. This consultant oenologist knows how to work his vineyard as well as to tell you its history. With 14 hectares worked in the best possible way, respecting the earth, Sylvain Pataille works his wines biodynamically, and raises his vintages with the patience that one has for a growing child. When he is not in the cellar he is in the vineyard, so to come and discover one of these Marsannay wines, the appointment is essential.

Organic winegrowers, come and visit this charming family estate in Marsannay-la-Côte, which has existed for 10 generations. Valérie and Philippe work with respect for biodiversity and the terroir, always striving for quality. In their new premises, come and taste their wide range of white and red wines, both "Regional" and "Village" appellations, including their "Fixin Blanc", an exceptional vintage, and their Marsannay "Champs-Perdrix" red, full of finesse. Winemakers from father to son, Marie-Françoise and Charles Audoin have always excelled in this field. Since then, their son Cyril has joined the family estate. The 14 ha estate produces a fine selection of wines, HVE certified. The grapes are harvested by hand, in a traditional way, respecting the vine. Discover their wines: Bourgogne Aligoté and Marsannay Blanc (3 different terroirs), Marsannay Rosé, Marsannay Rouge (9 different terroirs), Fixin, Gevrey Chambertin and Pommard (En Mareau) for the red wines. The Domaine du Vieux Collège covers 25 hectares between Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin. Existing for 7 generations, Eric Guyard has been making it last since 2006, passionate about plants and terroirs. He works the Marsannay rosé, the Pinot noir for the red wines, the Chardonnay for the whites, and the Aligoté for the Bourgogne Aligoté. In the respect of the environment, he vinifies the grapes at maturity. Fertilizer and chemical treatments are excluded, for 100% organic wines! Two open doors are organized twice a year
