The Domaine du Vieux Collège covers 25 hectares between Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin. Existing for 7 generations, Eric Guyard has been making it last since 2006, passionate about plants and terroirs. He works the Marsannay rosé, the Pinot noir for the red wines, the Chardonnay for the whites, and the Aligoté for the Bourgogne Aligoté. In the respect of the environment, he vinifies the grapes at maturity. Fertilizer and chemical treatments are excluded, for 100% organic wines! Two open doors are organized twice a year
