Maison André Delorme is an institution on the Saône-et-Loirien wine scene. Maison Chanson that has existed since mid-18th century is set on the historical site of the Oratory bastion, one of the ancient defensive towers of the city of Beaune, a former military buildings built in the 15th century. Since 1999, Chanson belongs to the Champagnes Bollinger family group. Chanson produces more than one million bottles per year on more than 100 appellations, distributed between Beaujolais, Mâconnais, Côtes de Beaune and Côtes de Nuits and Chablis. The wines of the estate are produced from the 45 ha of vineyards whose group is owner in Côtes de Beaune, with a majority of Premier and Grand Crus. These vineyards, in reasoned culture, provide 25% of the supplies, other grapes come from harvest made in the climates of the partner wineries. These high quality wines are the fruit of the exceptional Burgundian soil and its climates listed on UNESCO World Heritage list. Born in 2004 the Château de la Crée already talks about its wines  : He won three medals in Macon in 2009, including the Gold medal for the 2006 Red Santenay Brotherhood Clos. Nicolas Ryhiner, who fell in love with this castle and his fence, decided to fulfil his passion for wine. This estate, created in 1942, was the precursor of whites with character and single-varietal reds. A large family business, born in 1898, specialized in sparkling wines. Its 250 ha of vineyards cover 6 different terroirs producing numerous crémants of Burgundy appellation as well as more prestigious crus: brut blanc de blanc, vintage, grande cuvée, organic. The guided or audio-guided tour reveals the workshops, cellars, robots and automatons. In the store, you will find products from the Burgundy region: aniseed from Flavigny, Fallot mustard, Prosper Maufoux wines from Saint-Aubin.

Prosper Maufoux, property of the Piffaut family since 2010, custodian of a two hundred year old family wine tradition in Burgundy, leaves Santenay to settle at the Château de Saint-Aubin. The place is prestigious and enjoys a view on the vineyard, the closed of the castle. The vineyard of the castle of Arlay would be one of the oldest in France. Vines are attested since 1070 at the foot of its fortress. This "Bon Pays" which borders both Bresse and Revermont belonged to the Burgundian counts. From then on, this enclave was called "Little Burgundy" because of the remarkable acclimatisation of the pinot noir grape. The vines are still grown here as they are in this region. The 25 ha estate is still run by the de La Guiche family (Alain, Anne and Pierre-Armand). It was a pioneer in the use of the lyre system.

In the heart of Burgundy, on a hillside of majestic vineyards stands the castle of Santenay, a superb manor house dating back to the th, th and th centuries. He belonged to Philippe the Bold, son of King of France Jean the Good and Duke of Burgundy (1342-1404). This is why it is commonly called the Château Philippe le Bold. Today, the wine sector covers about 98 hectares and is known as one of the most important in Burgundy. It offers a wide range of designations: Chardonnay Old Vines, Mercurey, Clos La Chaise Dieu in monopoly and first two vintages of Santenay for whites. Created by the Mercurey defense and management organization (ODG), Caveau Divin is the showcase for the Mercurey AOC, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. The cellar features 44 estates with one or two crus each, and 64 wines. After having represented Burgundy's wines for twenty years, Yvonnick Debray bought a vineyard in 2006. The 1,000 m²-fermenting room and cellars are situated in the heart of Beaune, at a stone's throw from the hospices. Between properties and marketing grapes from a reasoned culture, it is the equivalent of 20 hectares of vineyards, spread over Côte de Nuits and Beaune that are transformed. The wine-making is entrusted to Jean-Philippe Terreau, a cellar master whose experience guarantees the elaboration of quality wines.

The typicality of each area is respected, and it is as many whites as reds that are offered. In this hamlet of Tonnerre, Emeline Rouyer welcomes you since she recently took over from her parents. Passionate farmers who created everything with their own hands, they planted their first vines in 1990 and harvested their first grapes in 1995. The vineyards of Tonnerre, destroyed by phylloxera, were reborn in the late 1970s with a strict selection of terroirs and the replanting of noble grape varieties. Following in her family's footsteps, Emeline skilfully combines modernity and tradition to produce surprising, feminine wines...

The first vines of the Maison Jadot were planted in 1826, three generations of this family succeeded there. In 1984, Jadot became an American property but retained its Burgundian soul. Today, Maison Louis Jadot controls 220 hectares in Burgundy, including 80 in Beaujolais. Since the spring 2013, Maison Louis Jadot has been open to individuals. Its shop is installed in the north of Beaune, in the heart fermenting rooms. The architecture of the fermenting room of Rouges is impressive; it is reminiscent of a cathedral. That of the white, equally large, is more contemporary and contrasting sharply with the previous one. The long raising cave of a hundred metres, houses nearly 4,000 references. The tasting that closes this memorable visit allows you to discover the Louis Jadot wines. The tours are only in small groups; the shop is accessible without the visit.

Starting in 1988, Gérard Villet was already banking on organic farming. He became the first winegrower in Arbois to choose this approach, following in the footsteps of Pierre Overnoy. This relationship with the environment and the objective of quality have always animated him with accessible prices. Which is far from always being the case! The estate occupies 5.4 hectares in 7 clos: Les Bodines, Petit Genevret, Les Corvées, Les Nouvelles... The Villet's also work in a spirit of conviviality. The wines are certified by Ecocert. All the Jurassian panoply is there as well as the famous yellow wine.

The wines in this area are high with great know-how. The land covers several municipalities: Meursault, Volnay, Pommare, Beaune, Auxey-Duresses, Saint Romain and Savigny. Many prestigious municipalities are therefore represented in white and red. Moreover, the estate produces excellent red wines Volnay, Pommare and Beaune 1 ^st cru. The most numerous are the 1 ^st cru Volnay coming from different climates: Clos des Champans, Cellars, Le Village… Given the notoriety of wines, prices remain affordable. Located in the centre of the village, the house and the cellars date back to the th century. They are impressive and have the originality of being built on two floors. The estate was created in 1973 and delivered its grapes to the wine trade. Shortly afterwards, Daniel Dugois was awarded the Emile Rousseau prize for his quality and dynamism. Now it's time for the young to take over. Philippe and Mélanie have taken over the reins. 10 hectares on which whites and reds play at their best. The purists will tell you that we are on the red soils of Trousseau where the Dugois have the Clos de Mouchet and La Damelière, all of which are managed using sustainable methods with careful vinification. But the Grevillière vineyard produces a white trousseau. Sublime!

Domaines et Maison Famille Picard, owners of 140 hectares of vines, produce some 60 appellations, including such nuggets as Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru, Corton Grand Cru "Clos des Fiètres" and, of course, Chassagne-Montrachet Clos du Château. The vines are grown using organic or biodynamic methods. The tasting tour plunges you into a unique world, where majestic heritage meets modern winery technology.

This family estate has been handed down from father to son for several generations. A guarantee of quality: here you are dealing with passionate people, people who are good at their job, who are looking for quality and pleasure. They work six hectares of vines using integrated pest management. First the father, Lucien Aviet, nicknamed Bacchus, then the son, Vincent, who joined him in 1992. Tastings take place in the traditional cellar. The setting is pleasant with its large barrels, photographs and all kinds of souvenirs. The domain is a charming address for its welcome and its simplicity. Cécile and her son work together on 21 hectares of land, respecting the environment - certified in organic farming - in order to further improve the quality of the grapes and the wines. The diversity of the terroirs is reflected in the wide range of their wines, which are quite exceptional. Wines from Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains Nobles are also offered for tasting. Located on a farm that once belonged to the Abbey of Flavigny, this 14-hectare estate boasts vines between Alesia and Caesar's former camp, facing south-east, on hillsides and pruned in a lyre shape to withstand the harsh climate. White grape varieties: Aligoté, Chardonnay and Auxerrois, and red grape varieties: Pinot Noir, César. Signature rosé is the estate's specialty. Made from Auxerrois, Pinot Beurot and César, it releases notes reminiscent of Provençal wines. A real marvel!

Created in 1978 by Jean Jacquin, it is now Jean-Michel (one of his sons) who is at the helm of this beautiful family estate of 7.6 ha (including 3.85 ha in 1er Crus and 4 ha in Chablis). Here, the wines are vinified then bottled at the domain in the purest tradition and in the perfect respect of the soils and the natural processes. To taste here Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, as well as Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Petit Chablis and Chablis.

Alain Gillon, a farmer from the Châtillonnais region, started out in viticulture in 1995 with his brother Patrick. Julien and Romain, their respective sons, took over the reins of the family domaine, investing heavily. The estate is set in a superb location, in the heart of the village and on the banks of the Seine, and comprises just over 9 hectares of vines. Always on the lookout for something new, the owners are currently making a Crémant blanc de noir and an oak-aged white wine, both of which will be available in 2025.

This Stellian castle is one of the 5 seigniorial buildings of this village, like the branches of a star. Perched on its hill, the Vandelles have been working the vineyards since 1883. After Auguste, Joseph gave it a real boost. Then it was Georges and now his son Alexandre. The fine, mineral whites from the slopes of Mont Muzard are the excellence of the AOC. For a century, the sparkling wines and then the crémants of Etoile have gained an international reputation, the foam production being remarkable. The still wines are all aged in oak barrels.

Domaine Boyer Yves is one of the region's leading wineries. With ten hectares of vineyards spread over several communes, including Meursault, Puligny Montrachet, Auxey Duresses and Pommard, the domaine offers a wide selection of quality wines. Wine lovers will be able to discover the different appellations and enjoy a tasting in a convivial setting. During the event, visitors will be able to taste wines from different wine-growing regions of France, as well as enjoy a gourmet market featuring local gastronomic specialties.
