In May 2014, they therefore founded a brewery. There were no more since the 1950 s. They named him Belenium, in tribute to the Gallic god of harmony and beauty, the Apollo of our ancestors. Legend tells us that Bélénos would have given his name to Beaune. The "Blonde" is light, fine, slightly spicy and fruity. Very nice in the mouth! Arrive at the Amber Beer No. 2 and Christmas No. 3. They will be numbered in the order of their creation. Pasteurisées and non-filtered beers, carried out in small quantities and refermentées, a graphic charter that recalls the epoxy roofs of Beaune and a currency: causa nostrae laetitiae, "the first cause of joy", which takes over the first motto of the city of Beaune. All elements of a future great success are gathered!
