Sébastien Crelier believes that beer is more than a drink, but an art and that with his beer you will never look bad again! It must be admitted that the young brewer has a "good face" which is rather cheerful. The Haut-Doubiste from Pontarlier claims to brew beers that are sparkling with joy and that appeal to the eye as well as the palate. He prepares them with 100% organic barley. 5 regular references are available for sale, in 33 cl or even in casks. He will even convince you to try a new dessert called "Bièramistu"!
