They are pressurized every night, with a hint to make full iodine. The framework is not the most authentic: A modern building with large windows and aseptised decoration, reflecting, perhaps, the impeccable freshness of the products. And we have to recognize that they are very well cooked and developed. You are recommended to opt for the antipasti assortment at 30 €, consisting of 20 services offering a gradation of the baked bats (from raw to cooked) with very interesting textures and flavors, all in a fully controlled kitchen. Too bad the service is as cold as the frame…

Pietro cuisine has its best specialities with garden products. The meal will let you forget the decoration of the rooms, but they are very clean and comfortable.
