He offers market cuisine with 2 faces: on the one hand, Belgian gastronomic classics (shrimp croquettes, Liège meatballs, American...) and on the other, dishes from other parts of the world, such as papas rellenas or fillet of sea bass with manioc coulis and coconut milk. It's a neighborhood restaurant that the inhabitants of the Observatoire district have quickly adopted.
