The detour to this island created in 1640 by the Spanish occupants is the pretext for a beautiful boat ride with a breathtaking view of some historic sites. Once landed in a beautiful house among the trees, starred chef Robert Van Eygen crackles his ovens to deliver plates of traditional and more creative recipes, to perfection, and Norwegian salmon specialties (home-smoked and gravlax marinated). Remarkable also an original wine list, which offers a plethora of grands crus.
