Brasserie cuisine and a Belgian-Brussels atmosphere with the comings and goings of cheerful waiters. Sauerkraut, game, stoemps, products from the peeler's bench and a few classics of bourgeois cuisine, are all served in this former post house known to all! A beautiful outdoor terrace, built on the roof of one of the rooms, lends itself to the most convivial summer meals. Adjacent to the restaurant, the catering area offers an improved everyday cuisine 7 days a week. Some fine products and a nice selection of wines (organic, biodynamic...).

For thirty years, Le Thème has been creating a buzz. And with good reason: Michel Bebelman changes his "theme" every two years, in collaboration with a team of decorators. The atmosphere is warm and romantic, and the cuisine original, fine and well adapted to the themes. The menus change every month, always in keeping with the setting of the moment and accompanied by their selection of perfectly matched wines, as the owner is a trained sommelier. Jean-Luc Collin's beautiful brasserie was born in the 1900s and was then called Café de l'Espérance. It honours the winegrowers with a hundred or so wines on the menu, including quite a few natural or biodynamic wines. Inside, there is a restaurant area, a brasserie area and an open kitchen where you can keep an eye on the brasserie or local dishes, good cuts of meat or offal such as brains and marrow bones. Non-stop scaling and take-away seafood, suggestions and excellent lunch. Pleasant and professional service.

Guido, your host, offers you an authentic, regional and full-flavoured cuisine. Situated in the countryside of Rollegem, 15 minutes drive from the centre of Kortrijk, all the chef's dishes are cooked with quality products. Some even come from the restaurant's own vegetable garden! Guido will make you discover or rediscover the specialties of the region with a lot of passion. On the menu you will find rabbit à l'Orval, duck breast with orange sauce, smoked pork fillet à la Westmalle. On the sweet side, there are classics such as crème brûlée, tiramisu or iced nougat. There is also a bar if you just want to stop here to quench your thirst with a good Belgian beer after a long bike ride.

A handful of à la carte options, and that's it! The cuisine is highly inventive, sophisticated and flexitarian (with vegetarian options), featuring light emulsions, vegetables full of freshness, color, rare scents and tastes and, a house specialty, decorative flowers. For starters, the mi-cuit of organic beef, beet, micro-herb salad, almonds, aged goat's cheese and balsamic vinaigrette was divine, as was the peach of the day (lemon verbena sauce) and its mashed potatoes and organic celeriac.
