Large choice of salads, freshly squeezed fruit juices, various vegetables, homemade desserts, good coffee and tea from all over the world. With its lounge and zen atmosphere, this restaurant stands out from the more festive addresses in Simpson Bay. The only false note is the terrace located on a very busy street. On the spot, a small store where you can buy books, incense, tea, handmade jewelry and a whole range of organic products.

Located on the Great Bay waterfront, in an enchanting French style setting with Caribbean touches. You have lunch on the terrace overlooking the beach comfortably seated in the white rattan furniture. A simplified snack menu and very affordable prices: sandwiches, salads, pasta, burgers... In the evening, the atmosphere changes and we appreciate the Vichy look of the tablecloths on the tables. The place has become a must on the island and the regulars meet here on weekends. Barbecues, ceviche, tartars, tapas and large salads are on the menu every day. The star dish is of course lobster. A beach restaurant (the first you'll see when you arrive) run by a Saint-Martinois. A reggae atmosphere, you can't miss it with its Rasta colors (green, yellow, red). Its reputation comes mainly from the parties it organizes, called Full Moon Parties, on the occasion of the full moon. The restaurant is small and simply decorated. Due to its location, the menu is sea-focused, even if it includes classic dishes. You can rent deckchairs, kayaks, flippers, mask and snorkel... The restaurant does not accept credit cards.

Here, by the marina, you'll find a blend of French and Caribbean flavors. The menu offers the same traditional dishes as most local restaurants, but the accompaniments are much more delicate. At Ginette's, it's the explosion of colours already in the joyful decoration of the room, it's the good mood and especially the true true cuisine of the islands. Service takes place poolside, in a tropical garden. The cuisine is inventive and refined, and numerous musical and themed evenings are organized, such as Surf & Turf and Jazz Sax Night on Mondays, or Fresh Lobster and Live Band on Fridays. L'Astrolabe also offers delicious breakfasts. An attentive team in a wonderful setting.

Once through the doors of Le Marocain, you'll immediately feel like you're in a restaurant in the medina of Marrakech. This historic Marigot address has all the hallmarks of Moroccan architecture, with its flamboyant decor, small patio featuring a refreshing fountain, and imported Moroccan zelliges. In the kitchen, you'll find the great classics of the Cherifian kingdom, with couscous and tajines of excellent quality. Portions are hearty and service is efficient. Pastries are served with mint tea.

Ken has travelled the world from Tapeï to Tokyo, from Tokyo to Moscow... to finally settle down permanently in Saint Martin. This small, family-run restaurant in Maho Bay immediately transports you to the far reaches of the Orient. Opened by a family originally from India and established in Saint-Martin for two generations, this address offers authentic cuisine from the subcontinent. Whether you're a vegetarian or a carnivore, Spices of India offers a varied menu: dals, palak paneer, chicken or lamb curries and more. All to be enjoyed with Indian breads such as naans or parathas. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and many Indians living in the United States frequent the establishment.

Located right on the water, KKÔ is one of Orient Bay's finest beach restaurants. The tempting menu allows you to dine at any time of day from the comfort of your deckchair. Salads, pizzas, pastas, hamburgers, fish, grills and Creole cuisine are all on the menu. The lobsters are absolutely fresh (sold by weight) and make the place famous. A small, friendly restaurant in the heart of Marigot, where you can enjoy a warm family atmosphere. This roadside "Bistro" offers good-quality dishes at very reasonable prices. This small restaurant is set back from Marigot's main road, in a charming alleyway. A bistro atmosphere, gingham tablecloths to emphasize the French style, all in a Creole-style hut. Suggestions are chosen from the slate and are constantly renewed. The trend is to keep to traditional French cuisine, with duck breast, prime rib, veal paupiettes, garlic snails... A warm atmosphere that encourages conviviality around a good, simple and generous recipe.

Overlooking the boulevard de Grand-Case, yet intimate, the establishment has been run by two brothers, Amaury and Thibault, since 1994. The menu is minimalist, reflecting the freshness of the products (fish, lobster chosen directly from the aquarium, seafood, etc.) cooked to perfection. The bouillabaisse-style fisherman's plate, the lobster thermidor or the duo of grilled salmon with basil butter are a real treat and a tribute to seafood. The service is impeccable. One of the best restaurants on the island.
