Overlooking the boulevard de Grand-Case, yet intimate, the establishment has been run by two brothers, Amaury and Thibault, since 1994. The menu is minimalist, reflecting the freshness of the products (fish, lobster chosen directly from the aquarium, seafood, etc.) cooked to perfection. The bouillabaisse-style fisherman's plate, the lobster thermidor or the duo of grilled salmon with basil butter are a real treat and a tribute to seafood. The service is impeccable. One of the best restaurants on the island.
