A true invitation to travel, Ma doudou's rhums arrangés, an institution on the island, have been made locally and artisanally for nearly 20 years. Banana vanilla, orange ginger, guavaberry, coco passion, mango pineapple, spices, mojito... the range is wide for these aperitifs and/or digestifs that have matured under the Saint-Martin sun. The bottles and flasks are hand-painted, making them pretty souvenirs to take home. Ma doudou also offers peppers, spices, teas, brown sugar, honey, jams and beauty products.

A 100% Saint-Martin beer from the microbrewery Pelikaan Brewery. Partners Stephen and Nicolas produce 3,500 liters of local beer a month. We recommend you take a tour of the island with : Irma, which is inevitably full-bodied (I.P.A.), Soualiga (the name of Saint-Martin in the Caribbean language), Mont Careta (the island's summit) and Mullet Bay! The brewery welcomes you two evenings a week in a friendly atmosphere, but beers are also available by the bottle and on draught in many of the island's establishments.

Olivier Kleinhans has taken up the challenge of producing a rum from Saint-Martin, even though the island hasn't grown cane for at least a century, and blends rums from the West Indies in his cellar. After the commercial success of Island Cane, born in 2017 and now distributed in supermarkets, the team is back with a new creation, Gouverneur 1648. An authentic rum made mainly from rhum agricole (Guadeloupe) and molasses (Dominican Republic), it will appeal to the most discerning palates. Free visit and tasting.

This is Saint-Martin's benchmark tea store. Elise applies all her herbalist knowledge to concoct Ayurvedic infusions that do you good. A zen and relaxing atmosphere emanates from her cocoon, which she animates with passion. Here, you'll be treated with attentiveness, and choose to indulge in the finest aromas. A beautiful palette of virtues represented by 70 teas and herbal teas. You can enjoy your well-being on site or take your selection away with you. To whet your curiosity, Elise offers tasting bags with every purchase.

This is one of the largest supermarkets on the French side of the island (along with the more recent Hope Estate supermarket). You'll find all U-brand products, as well as local produce. If you'd like to bring back some souvenirs, arranged rums such as "Ma Doudou" are on the shelves. Supplies are always of good quality, but sometimes irregular. If you want to shop at a low price, go for local produce - imported products are expensive! As for smokers, they'll be delighted to be able to buy their cartridges here at low cost.

One of Orient Bay's favorite addresses for a French-style breakfast. This traditional bakery offers a wide selection of pastries, viennoiseries and, of course, freshly baked bread. Coffee is available on site or to take away, and you can also sit out on the shady terrace. The establishment also offers a snack service at lunchtime, with homemade tarts, salads, quiches and sandwiches. Customized birthday cakes on request.

How about some creamy Italian ice cream? A fresh interlude of exquisite taste! Italian ice creams made with fresh ingredients! There's nothing to complain about in this little store facing the beach: the staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the choice of ice creams is excellent! Many excellent cocktails and smoothies are also available. The perfect place for a gourmet break during a shopping spree, or for a change of pace. New compositions are added to the menu.

The palate of the families who come to refresh themselves and especially to taste a good home-made ice cream at the Carousel! It's a real institution in Saint-Martin and for good reason, you can find the best ice creams on the island! A very nice free ride for children, a space to taste its ice cream with delight, and the glass laboratory to follow the making of the ice creams. This address is constantly being perfected and concocts new flavours, each one more intriguing than the last! You can even find ice cream sandwiches..

Βacchus is an atypical place. It's a wine cellar, a delicatessen and a restaurant. The chef offers a sophisticated and subtle bistro-gastro menu. The products used here are imported directly, a sign of quality and freshness. Incredible wine cellar. The delicatessen offers mature cheeses, products made on the premises (foie gras, home-smoked salmon, takeaways...) as well as the famous Cinco Jotas, caviars from Kaviari and Nespresso coffee, for which Βacchus is the exclusive distributor.

A French-style bakery, Jule's is one of Sint-Maarten's historic addresses for lovers of French bread and viennoiserie. You'll find salads, sandwiches and quiches that you can choose to eat on the spot in a pleasant, modern dining room. Their pastries are also excellent. You won't be able to resist the smell of freshly baked bread for long. Located in Jordan's Village, on the campus of the American Medical University, it's a great place to buy picnics on Mullet beach below.

Bakery, patisserie, cafeteria and snacking. L'Express, which also has two other outlets in Marigot and Baie Nettlé, offers a range of delicacies to eat in or take away at any time of day. Bread, pure butter pastries, cakes, homemade pies and pizzas, mignardises, as well as daily specials, sandwiches, paninis, bagels, croques, crêpes and fougasses. A wide variety of artisanal products to enjoy in a friendly atmosphere and contemporary, brightly lit décor.

Founded by Jérôme Richard and Régis Hugonnet, this boutique in the heart of Hope Estate's shopping district is one of the island's finest wine cellars. Totem W&S has selected a vast array of fine bottles from around the world, as well as excellent Caribbean rums, limited-edition vodkas, Scotch whiskies and more. French gin is also available! Cigar lovers will find a wide range of tobacco, from cigarillos to chair rods. Some delicatessen products are also available.

What could be better than a good bottle for a meal with friends? From the greatest wines to bottles from small producers, the Taste of Wine is one of the best cellars on the island. The house has maintained its reputation for many years. You will be initiated to match the beverage with the flavors of your dish. Aperitifs, French and foreign wines, spirits of all ages and origins... For sure, you will find treasures to share and you will learn a lot from these passionate people of the vine. Too bad it doesn't grow in Saint-Martin!

Located on Marigot's waterfront, Chez Fernand is a large bakery-pastry shop offering a wide range of breads, baguettes and viennoiseries, baked the same day by our artisan bakers. The large, pleasant terrace welcomes you for breakfast or lunch at any time of day. You can choose to make your own sandwich by selecting your own bread and fillings, or opt for a wrap, quiche, salad or even a tempting pastry.

In Marigot, Polo's butcher's shop is a household name. This colorful character offers the finest meats and poultry. Polo imports much of his produce from Rungis, always of the highest quality. As arrivals are sometimes irregular, Polo regularly updates his Facebook page. The Concordia butcher's shop also offers a catering service, as well as a number of tables where you can sample the chef's recipes on the spot.

A convenience store that rivals the big names! Very well arranged and optimized, it offers all the products necessary for everyday life. It focuses on organic products to keep us healthy and fit. The presentation is dynamic with new exclusive products and animations for the holidays. The fresh section offers tempting salads.
