Bought out by a new team after Irma, Coco Beach is one of Orient Bay's historic addresses and proof that gastronomy can be enjoyed with your feet in the sand. In the kitchen, chef Laurent Saudeau (2 Michelin stars) sublimates French savoir-faire with Caribbean touches. All this, with your eyes in the blue, on a deckchair, under a carbet or on the terrace. On Friday evenings, Coco Beach offers a selection of tapas and grilled fresh fish while listening to live music.
