In the kitchen, chef Laurent Saudeau (2 Michelin stars) sublimates French savoir-faire with Caribbean touches. All this, with your eyes in the blue, on a deckchair, under a carbet or on the terrace. On Friday evenings, Coco Beach offers a selection of tapas and grilled fresh fish while listening to live music.

Also rebuilt after Irma, Kontiki is one of the B.O.'s "Five Stars": Bikini Beach, Waï Beach, Kakao Beach and Coco Beach. It offers lunch with your feet in the sand, and a varied menu to suit all palates, with a mix of French and Asian specialties. The meats are selected from the highest quality and the fish is locally caught. And vegetarians are not left out.

Located right on the water, KKÔ is one of Orient Bay's finest beach restaurants. The tempting menu allows you to dine at any time of day from the comfort of your deckchair. The daily specials on the à l'ardoise menu change daily according to the inspiration of the chef, who relies on fresh, local produce.

One of Orient Bay's newest addresses, La Maison Mère offers semi-gastronomic cuisine. Inspired by the purest traditions of the great restaurants of Paris and Lyon, and adding a Creole touch, the chef reinvents the great classics of French tradition: snapper quenelles, Creole aïoli, royal pigeon... The selection of products is rigorous: everything is fresh and homemade. A pastry cart lets you choose your favorite dessert. A four-hands menu with food and wine pairing has been created with Totem.
