La Boria des Gotas is the micro-farm project of Yann-Loïc and Gwendoline, built around a real environmental concern, explaining for example the choice of permaculture. During discovery workshops (for adults, children, or people with disabilities), they present this model as well as their garden of aromatic and medicinal plants (Gwendoline has training in herbal medicine). Producers, they offer in short circuit (at the farm or on the markets) flours, herbs, infusions and jams to fall down!

Founded in 2017 by Nathalie and Julien Leblanc, this company cultivates the famous oriental spice, right in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche. Production takes place in a traditional way, and all stages of manufacture are carried out by hand (visit the saffron farm by appointment!). For those who can't make it to the site, their products can be found on their online boutique. There's also a guest house, "Une Oasis dans le Perche" with spa, where you can enjoy seasonal saffron cuisine.

Come and visit SARL Daguerre's farm direct sales store in the commune of Sainte-Marthe, where fields and greenhouses are lined up for market gardening. As the seasons go by, the harvests produce fruits and vegetables to fill your baskets with fresh produce and vitamins. Salads, apples, grapes, vegetables to concoct a ratatouille, melon or pumpkin, depending on the season. All ethically sourced, locavore and at very reasonable prices.

Local products at an intermediate zero price: it's at the Ferme du Bel Air that it happens! Every Friday and Saturday, come and stock up on seasonal fruits and vegetables directly from the farm. On the day of our visit, a wide choice of potatoes, onions, shallots, apples, cider, chicken, cream, cheese... was on hand. Also, notice to the amateurs, you can find oysters from the Maison Vivier or beef retail, 100% local, from animals raised in the open air and with hay from our region, from the Ferme de Castillon. Boris, a passionate young market gardener, has a triple objective: to grow healthy, certified organic vegetables and fruit in Sigean, close to the point of sale and accessible to all pocketbooks. A total of 32 species of vegetables are harvested in the field on the 1.5 ha he cultivates in summer and winter. Freshness is guaranteed by the fact that harvesting is followed by direct sale, with no "cold room" stage. Among these vegetables, two varieties are customer favorites: ogen melon and mini watermelons.

This farm is not like the others. It is a work integration site that takes in people who have lost their jobs and who are given the task of growing vegetables as part of an apprenticeship. In the large greenhouses, seasonal fruits and vegetables are grown: tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis, leeks, salads... Everything is sold to the public two days a week. This allows consumers to buy fresh products, labelled organic, and to participate in the reintegration of young and old into the world of work.

Nicolas Deom's market-garden farm, which has been organic since 2011, has opened its seasonal fruit and vegetable store to the public, which also features produce from other local farmers. There are preserves, wines and cheeses. In spring, strawberries and asparagus, then tomatoes, zucchinis and more in summer. In autumn, mirabelle plums. In December, Christmas trees, carrots, lamb's lettuce and squash. Nicolas Deom has also invested in a clever vending machine for fresh organic vegetables, installed in the farmyard. So practical!

The merits of Bissardon are constantly being praised. In addition to its craftsmanship, Bissardon has distinguished itself for more than ten years in major agricultural competitions. Bissardon works with local fruit: 95% of the fruit processed comes from local orchards. Apple-raspberry, reinette apple or cherry pure juice, these fruit juices breathe the Cellieu sunshine! Two authentic and creative ranges - Jean-Louis Bissardon and l'Arbre à jus -, and the last one, entirely organic, to be discovered : Organic hearts.

Michelle and Martial Mas de Feix welcome gourmets and amateur growers to their red fruit farm. In summer, if they wish, they can pick their own blueberries and raspberries. Otherwise, they can buy processed products (jams, jellies...) and fresh fruit directly at the Saint-Marc farm (by appointment) and at the markets. When the berry season is over, Michelle and Martial only offer processed products.

Good and even very good fruits and vegetables. You will have the choice and everything is cultivated with care: the products are of an incomparable freshness and the quality is there. We advise you to go there often, all the more so as the welcome is full of kindness. It is indeed an authentic address with market gardeners who do honor to their job. We like it because the prices are affordable and the proposals are varied: the apple juice is to fall! We warmly recommend this quality farm, land of vegetables.

A beautiful story and a superb initiative for a young duo composed of Alice and Quentin, who have given themselves the mission of allowing the people of Marseilles to easily eat organic fruits and vegetables, produced locally, in the Sainte-Marthe district. An approach also intended to raise awareness of agroecology, with many workshops offered. Organic baskets, generous and inexpensive, are offered every week without subscription. The composition of the basket varies according to the seasons and the productions. The vegetables and salads are excellent. After ordering them by phone, you can pick them up at the bistro Georges on Tuesdays, from 5 to 7 pm, at Camas.

Biocoop Maraichine is an organic food store. It offers a wide range of organic products, including solid cosmetics, skincare products, bulk produce, seasonal fruit and vegetables, cheese by the slice from local producers, local wines and a selection of organic wines, as well as local Maraîchine meat. Customers can make their purchases in-store or pick them up on site.

FRED Producteur is a market gardener offering a selection of seasonal fruits and vegetables. FRED Producteur focuses on the quality of its produce, giving preference to local producers and using organic growing methods. Their farm covers some 60 hectares of open fields and 3 hectares of unheated greenhouses. In addition to Le Crès, they also have sales outlets in Calvisson, Lunel Viel and Mauguio, although these are closed during the winter.

Maison Leydier is an agricultural farm located in Grans. It offers a wide range of local products, including artisanal olive oils, table olives, spreads and fruit juices. Flagship products include Picholine Intense and Subtil olive oils, and Picholine green olives. Maison Leydier also offers flavored oils, such as basil and black truffle olive oil. Lovers of spreads will delight in black olive paste with tomato and green olive tapenade. Maison Leydier's fruit juices include peach and apple nectar.

L'Aura des Champs is a member of the Boutiques Paysannes network. Direct sales of farm products from a selection of twenty farmers who offer you products grown and prepared on their farms and in their workshops. They work with respect for the land and animals. Products: breads, pâtés, syrups, fruit and vegetables, meats, honeys, cheeses, plants, preserves, jams, eggs... Quality food that promotes local agriculture and short supply chains! In Lons, this store is a truly sustainable alternative to traditional food sourcing. Marché de Galatée's approach is to promote the local economy by buying local produce directly from farmers. The 300 m² store features nearly 80 producers, offering fresh, high-quality products (creamery, charcuterie, meat, vegetables, fruit, wine, etc.). The huge store supports local communities, while reducing food miles and packaging waste.
