This estate has been in the same family for six generations. A century ago, wheat was the main crop. Then crops diversified. Today, olive groves, vineyards, orchards and market gardens occupy the land. The olive oil produced here is a little jewel. From the 6 ha of organically grown olive trees, Guillaume produces: an explosive Haute-Provence PDO, 2 mono-varietal oils based on bouteillan and aglandau, and 2 lemon or bergamot flavoured oils. The olives are harvested by hand to ensure optimum ripeness and quickly pressed to retain maximum flavour. And in an eco-friendly spirit, Guillaume uses the remaining olive paste to spread on his land as fertilizer, and the stone waste to fuel the stove.

After a narrow and winding road surrounded by scrubland and pine trees, we discover it, on the hillside, just at the entrance of the peaceful abbey. You will find various breads from the bakery of the monks of Le Barroux, wines, assortments of cakes (coconut buttercup and chocolate buttercup especially made on the spot) as well as a selection of products from other monasteries such as liqueurs from the Lérins Islands. The Brès farm, with its 1,900 olive trees of the tanche variety, is at the heart of the Nyons protected designation of origin zone. For six generations, the tanche has been worked to make PDO Nyons table olives and black olive paste called "affinade" as well as PDO olive oil, olivade, a green tanche olive paste with garlic and basil, and a tapenade made from Nyons olives flavoured with organic dried tomato. U Paese has been perpetuating the know-how of the island's craftsmen for nearly thirty years. It is the oldest mill in France still in activity. Dating from the 13th century, it is now run by Max Doleatto, representing the^5th generation of the family. Seven different oils are produced from ripe olives, stored for 4 to 6 days. The "tradition" is a classic blend in which the red cayet variety dominates. The "authentic", on the other hand, is a singular oil, collected directly from the millstone. Come and taste it!

Corinne also offers you her new "Passion Range", her lemons candied in coarse salt, her dried tomato caviar in olive oil, her black or green tapenades and her delicious olive jam, as well as soaps made with the estate's own oil.

Created in 1896, the Saint Michel oil mill is a family business, which selects its oils in France and Italy to package them according to processes that combine tradition and modernity. Scented oils are derived from the infusion of fresh plants in virgin olive oil, without additives or preservatives. It is possible to order directly.

Founded in 2009, Moulin de la Dentelle is a family-run business and Villeveyrac's first privately-owned oil mill since the late 50s. On 12 hectares, 5 of which are dedicated to organic farming, Muriel de la Torre strives to produce oil under the best possible conditions, not only from her own production, but also from small suppliers in the surrounding villages. Here, she uses oils from ancestral Languedoc varieties such as lucques, picholine, olivière and bouteillan. During the summer season, tours of the mill are available by appointment.
