The Brès farm, with its 1,900 olive trees of the tanche variety, is at the heart of the Nyons protected designation of origin zone. For six generations, the tanche has been worked to make PDO Nyons table olives and black olive paste called "affinade" as well as PDO olive oil, olivade, a green tanche olive paste with garlic and basil, and a tapenade made from Nyons olives flavoured with organic dried tomato. You will find these products for sale directly from the farm all year round and at local markets.

Opening time and information on FERME BRÈS
Welcome to the Farm. Low season : open from Monday to Saturday from 3pm to 6pm. High season : Monday to Saturday from 4pm to 7pm. Also by appointment outside these hours. Online sales from the e-shop www.fermebres.fr. Network " Bienvenue à la Ferme " in Organic Agriculture Products under the label " AOP NYONS ".

A family business since 1829 in Nyons in the Drôme Provençale, the FERME BRÈS is essentially known for the quality of its table olives and its olive oils. The estate perpetuates the tradition and know-how of 7 generations of olive growers, but also of wine growers. We also produce wines with the "Côtes du Rhône" Protected Designation of Origin. Traditional recipes based on olives (tapenade, affinade, olivade...) and other products (Kampot peppers, aperitif cookies, etc.) can also be discovered on site and at local markets. Note that the farm is located in the heart of the "Nyons" Protected Designation of Origin zone.
The production of olives and wines is not the only activity of the farm. The estate also offers gite and camping pitches for rent in the shade of the holm oaks and pines.
