Family-run olive-growing cooperative with AOC Vallée des Baux-de-Provence olive oil since 1997.
The Moulin Jean-Marie Cornille is an olive oil cooperative. In 1997, it received the appellation d'origine contrôlée Olive oil from the Baux-de-Provence valley, which is characterized by the association of five olives from a unique terroir (Salonenque, Grossane, Béruguette or Aglandau, Verdale des Bouches-du-Rhône and Picholine). It was then awarded the Entreprise du patrimoine vivant (Living Heritage Company) distinction. The cooperative produces, among other things, an extremely renowned and high quality black fruity virgin olive oil PDO.

Seit mehr als 25 Jahren vergleiche ich die Olivenöle der Region: ich fand noch kein besseres als das von Jean Marie Cornille. Es liegt wohl an der traditionellen Herstellung, dass es etwas Besonderes ist. Nicht nur der Geschmack auch die einmalige buttrige Zartheit und die sanfte Viscosität. Super.
