Read moreOn the southern slope of the Alpilles Massif, the olive orchard of this estate was created in 2005. Today, Laurent Israélian has 2000 trees. Since 2009, he has had a mill to control the entire oil production process. He elaborates two types of oil: a green fruity, bitter and fiery, and a black fruity, sweeter. The Domaine was awarded a Silver Medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2020, for lot 2 of Fruité Vert AOP Vallée des Baux.
