Gérald and Jocelyne, brother and sister, took over this 22-hectare estate in Valvignères from their father in 1983. It is made up of numerous grape varieties: syrah, grenache, portan, cabernet, carignan, merlot for the reds, viognier, chardonnay, grenache blanc: for the whites, and above all, very old vines for the region. Le Mazel wines are natural, with no filtration, flash pasteurization or inputs other than SO2, and come in very affordable bottles or more prestigious cuvées.

Au Bon Air belongs to the Biomonde network and is one of the rare grocery stores of this nature on the left bank. Located near the Jardin des Plantes - you can't make this up! - the store is well-known among organic product lovers. Very practical when one suffers from certain allergies or intolerances, or simply when one wants to have food on one's plate that is free of chemicals, especially pesticides. You can find everything, from fresh products to delicatessen and fruits and vegetables!

It's often like that. Since they couldn't find a store that suited them, Anne-Laure and Sophie decided to open their own outlet: Boc's. An "eco-responsible neighborhood grocery store". It was a quick success, as the store, with its design look, has already been enlarged. On an excellent, high-altitude terroir of predominantly limestone, Raphaël tends 8 hectares of vines using certified organic and Demeter farming methods. "The precepts of biodynamic viticulture reveal our terroirs and enable the wines to express their identities to the full," he confides. Raphaël is a goldsmith of vines and wine, a man in love with and respectful of nature and its cycles. Hand-harvesting, natural vinification, zero inputs... minimal intervention to let the terroir speak for itself and produce natural, fresh and authentic wines. We love it!

Domaine de Roquemale, which means "bad rock" in Occitan, covers thirteen hectares. Here, Valérie and Dominique Ibanez work with a smile and passion on a clay-limestone terroir for a small production, all organic. Among the wines of the Grès de Montpellier appellation, the Cuvée Mâle is a wine with beautiful aromas on the palate. Both powerful and sweet, this pretty nectar finishes on a fresh note. Le Méli-Mélo" is a thirst-quenching wine just the way we like it. Overall, the nine cuvées produced here are as sweet as they are good.

Here's a refuge for bees and city dwellers craving fresh air and real flavors. At the Saute Lièvre farm, Edith has taken over her ancestors' farm and rediscovered the skills of yesteryear. She grows organic vegetables and lavender, which she transforms into oil. The Brasserie des Deux Amants has a name that invites you to taste the... It is taken from a Norman legend nearly a thousand years old, that of Raoul and Mathilde, whom Marie de France immortalized in a poem in 1160. Between the two lovers, love then, but to win the hand of the beautiful, poor Raoul must climb the famous hill that today bears the name of the Two Lovers. The Biau Vegetable Garden is one of Belfortain's nuggets! Denis and Christophe produce vegetables on 6 ha, in the Sundgau, between Belfort and Altkirch. Organic farming has been practiced there since the creation of the "kitchen garden" in 1989: compost as the only amendment, varied hedges, limited treatments in case of problems (mildew, beetles, mites, slugs) based on plant products or mineral products.
