Buffalo mozzarella is an Italian delicacy, but it is rarely found here. This was without counting Marie-Lise Masson and Thierry Mounier, cattle breeders, who wanted to have their own mozzarella. But the demand exceeded their own farm, and today there are 39 buffalos that will allow the couple to sell their own buffalo mozzarella, as well as panna cotta. A store and a 40-seat lodge on the farm should open in June 2022!
