The Védrenne shop in the rue Bossuet is a nice showcase for the group of the same name based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Created in 1923, the Védrenne house is a real institution. Among the distillery's products, we can mention the "Supercassis" blackcurrant cream at 20 degrees which is a pure delight, or, very trendy, the triple dry curaçao. The fruit creams are available with chestnut, blueberry, vine peach and the liqueurs allow to make amazing cocktails, like the one with elderflower. There are many references in the shop.

In the heart of the pretty village of Lannepax, the Delord house has been distilling exceptional armagnacs since 1893. Founded by Prosper Delord, itinerant distiller and cellar master, the company is now run by the dynamic tandem of his great-grandsons Jérôme and Sylvain who, while passionately preserving the treasure of a family know-how built up over four generations, are bringing it fully into the modern age. The vintages, as well as the skilful blends slowly matured in the beautiful rooms of the cellar, enjoy an international aura.

Amateurs of fine spirits, collectors of whiskies out of age, rare rums, gin of exception you will hallucinate. Christophe Gremeaux, a sommelier of training and experience, has created a veritable temple dedicated to Spirits since 2011 in the heart of Beaune. It is in a warm and unique atmosphere that the bottles of bottles offer you. Whiskies and Bourbons are from 20 € to close to 500 € the bottle. A family business founded in 1965 by Bernard and Michèle Bremont, Champagne Bernard Brémont vinifies just one vineyard: Ambonnay. Pinot noir and Chardonnay are combined in a wide range of 100% Grand Cru wines to suit all palates. Thibaut Brémont, the couple's eldest son and the house's wine artist for over 10 years, infuses his energy and vision into both the vineyard (HVE and VDC certified) and the wines, with the creation of limited-edition nuggets.

Voted Best Fruit Brandy Distillery in the world by the Revue du Vin de France in 2018, this family-run distillery has been perpetuating its passion for a job well done, and the subtle art of bringing to light (and bottling) the aromas and typicity of Alsatian fruit, for 3 generations. Apricot, elderberry, raspberry, mirabelle plum, quince, morello cherry and alisier await you in bottles of eaux-de-vie and liqueurs, to be tasted directly at the distillery, in the company of Michel Windholtz.

Once you've been reminded - and rightly so - that the drink should be consumed in moderation, there's no reason to avoid a visit to the premises, or even a tasting! The GAEC des Poumyis produces Fouchard Calvados, as well as ciders and pommeau. Of course, you can also visit the winery to learn more about the production process. In Coulomnes-la-Montagne, come and discover the winery, presses and cellars of Maison Ponson, "Creators of Champagne for 5 generations". Proud of his heritage, Maxime Ponson now runs the estate, which is run using sustainable viticulture methods. The 13.5-hectare vineyard, spread over 5 Premier Cru villages, is planted on clay-limestone soils, giving its exceptional champagnes a unique character. Our favorite is Cuvée Rosé des Gentes Dames, an exquisite champagne with a delicious candy-pink color!

Gilles Joannet is a liquorist craftsman located in Arcenant. The trip is worth a visit and we advise you to visit this passionate person directly on his property. This simple and benevolent man will be happy to explain his work, answer your questions and offer you a tasting session. His company has been operating since 1984 and its products have already received numerous medals (five gold medals since 2008 and two awards of excellence in 2013 and 2014). What we love above all is the cream of cassis 20%. The specialists are not mistaken because they awarded him the Gold Medal 2015 as it was in 2012. It's not too sweet, it's greedy and it's unbeatable, it's the best aroma of the cassis and tastes almost alone. Gilles Joannet also offers liqueur of apricot, cherry, melon, sugar beet, pissenbed flower, pruning, cynorrhodonation or tomato. He even manufactures milk liquor or coing. Whether you are a fine connoisseur of rum or a neophyte, it doesn't make much difference because at the Rhumerie, we know how to offer you the product you need among their 400 varieties! Maxime Blin and his wife Claire have chosen to produce their eponymous range of wines with passion and authenticity on the family farm in the Trigny area. Their vines provide them with grapes of a very good quality and allow them to make exceptional wines. Always smiling, these winemakers will be happy to make you discover their certified organic domain and their 11 vintages. We are particularly fond of the Clé d'Éole, a cuvée vinified and aged in barrels, produced in a few hundred copies. Winemakers to follow!

Hervé Joubert awaits you in his spirits store. According to him, the store is the only one to offer such a wide range of products within a 300-kilometer radius. Customers can choose from over 250 whiskies, mainly from Scotland, but also from Ireland, Japan and even Corsica or Brittany. 60 rums not found elsewhere are also on offer, as well as vodkas, cognac, armagnac and other eaux-de-vie. None of the spirits sold here are available in supermarkets. Before choosing, customers can taste the product on site.

A veritable Alsatian institution since 1850, Distillerie Lehmann perpetuates a tradition of excellence that has been awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) label. Nestled in Obernai, this family-run distillery produces exquisite eaux-de-vie, liqueurs and the famous "Elsass Whisky". The oldest distillery in Alsace, it offers guided tours and tastings of regional classics such as Poire Williams, Mirabelle and Marc de Gewurztraminer. Founded in 1963, the House is today managed by Bruno, Marielle and their 2 children. Independent winegrowers, harvesters and handlers, they meticulously elaborate their wines from A to Z, in which we find all the typicity and authenticity of the Verneuil terroir. Aware of environmental issues, the House is committed to a meticulous and thoughtful viticulture thanks to a perfect osmosis between reasoned practice and ancient methods. The distillery has been based on Barthelasse Island, in the heart of the orchards, since 1957. Renowned for its Williams pear eau-de-vie, the company perpetuates the tradition of trapped pears, hanging thousands of carafes in the pear trees between mid-May and mid-July every year. Since 2011, Emmanuel and Béatrice have been at the helm of Manguin; while continuing to enhance the house's expertise, they have created new spirits: Caraxès - a blend of pear eau-de-vie and old Caribbean rums - Bourbon Barrel, Oli Vodka and Pastis d'Avignon.

This distillery has been created by Henri Bellet in 1922. The shop, close to the distillery, seduces by its scents of plants and fruits. All the liqueurs made from macerated plants (verbena, thyme, génépi...) by the house are there, starting with the guignolet Bellet, the first creation, followed by the specialities "la châtaigne royale", a liqueur made by infusion of chestnuts, and the fruity aperitifs, such as "le Bell'pêche", "la myrtille". Without forgetting the liqueurs made from génépi and gentian, nor the green pastis, a mixture of aniseed and verbena to be tasted with 4 to 5 times its volume of water added. Located in the heart of Sarlat, the store sells alcohols made in the old Lapouge Distillery in Madrazes, founded in 1860, which later became Distillerie du Périgord. Their offer is based on the Périgord region: ratafia, walnut liqueurs, truffle or chestnut based aperitifs... Not forgetting their range of Lascaw whisky, aged between 5 and 20 years! The Distillerie du Périgord has also launched culinary aids: wines and infusions of mushrooms ready to use for deglazing, marinating, flaming... Recipes are even available on their website!

Entering the lair of the Cabanel house is to discover the Carcassonne of the 19th century with, in its courtyard, the superb ironwork marquee designed in 1868 in the Eiffel style. For example, Eddu, created in Brittany, is the only whisky in the world made exclusively from buckwheat. There's also a vast selection of rums and beers from Ireland, England, Scotland and Brittany. A fine selection of teas, and typical garments such as the famous Irish sweater. A fine collection of rugby polo shirts.

Nicknamed the Kirsch Valley, the Val de Villé is a high place of distillation. Héritière, the Héritière of this ancestral know-how, is home to the premises of the Legoll Company, a distillery seeking to perpetuate tradition, producing quality spirits thanks to the care of the fruits used. In a picturesque décor made of huge copper vats and stills, there are classic productions as well as special vintages, aged years in des casks or flasks. Among these, a council, taste the one that contributes to the best reputation of the house: wild raspberry: a pure treat! But also late grape grapes, quetsches, kirschs… The house also offers some 80 jams - and jellies - cooked to old in copper tanks, without any colours or preservatives.

You should know that the house sells its own pastis (which matures after five months): all you have to do is choose your bottle and one of the home-made pastis (after tasting)!

This distillery is a family farm specializing in the cultivation of cider apple trees. As an extension of this production activity, Nicolas Poirier and his team carefully produce quality products using traditional methods, including fresh and acidulous aperitifs such as the "Little Prince Guillevic". The eaux de vie distilled in their still are aged in oak barrels in their own cellar. The production, labeled organic, is planted with about fifteen Breton bitter, bitter-sweet, sweet or tart varieties.

Founded in 1935, the Goudoulin house was bought in 2009 by an Alsatian distiller, Michel Miclo. A lover of Armagnac, he was seduced by the quality of the estate and its collection of vintages, the oldest of which dates back to 1900. With Aurélien, the cellar master, he perpetuates the spirit of excellence of Jeanne Goudoulin. The two partners have also succeeded in creating a collaboration between the two houses around another product: gin. The berries are selected by the Miclo house, the distillation and the maturation in barrels are done at the Goudoulin estate.

Welcome to the temple of fine spirits made according to ancestral methods. A guarantee of quality, this house is in the bosom of the famous Burgundian liquorist, Védrenne, the leader of Dijon's crème de cassis. Regularly rewarded, it uses neither extracts nor aromas. On the shelves, liqueurs, eaux-de-vie, fruit creams, but also original condiments, oils, chutney... The Distillery also produces mustards, violet with grape must, ceps or Espelette chilli pepper.

In the small village of Saint-Baslemont of 900 inhabitants near Contrexéville and Vittel, the distillery Riondé produces artisan fruit spirits (mirabelles, raspberries, quethches…) since 1802. It is thanks to the selection of quality fruits and the use of copper utensils and respect for ancient traditions that these liqueurs each have a particular fragrance. If you wish, you can visit this distillery with all the explanations on the alambics. After the visit, a free tasting is offered. To taste without moderation these liqueurs with incomparable tastes.

Guy Le Lay is a magician! But it runs in the family, he is a worthy and talented representative from a long line of distillers. One needs to discover his latest splendour, "Eddu Silver", an original whiskey which is made from Breton buckwheat, and only buckwheat, which is quite unique in the world. The divine drink exudes an aroma of vanilla wood. In the mouth, it is a selection of fruity flavours, hints of honey and spices. Added to the range, a little brother, the blended whiskey "Eddu Grey Rock" and the prestigious "Eddu Gold". Also cider, lambig AOR produced here since 1921 is available in two versions, standard (3 years old) and old reserve (7 years old). The Pommeau de Bretagne AOC also declined in two versions, standard (2 years old) and old (4-5 years old). Pommeau and lambig were regular award winners at the contest of Général Agricole de Paris. This artisan distillery produces eau-de-vie, liqueurs, jams and even whisky, among the latest range of products developed. A guided tour reveals the still distillation process. The boutique offers original containers (cut, blown, engraved) and artisanal products. The golden fruit of Lorraine, the mirabelle plum, available as eau-de-vie and liqueur, is the star product among some thirty fruit, plant and spice liqueurs. A 5 hectare agricultural estate created in 2003 by the Barone family to produce a variety of fruits and to distil Cape citrus (citron, mandarin and lemon), myrtle and chestnut. Visit and taste on site and sell online if required. You can even eat on site and stay in one of the guest rooms while enjoying the warm atmosphere. The children particularly appreciate the discovery of the animals of the farm: goats, ewes, donkeys, ponies, pigs...

Olivier Buisine has an unusual and little-known job: he's an itinerant distiller. He comes to your home and distills your fruit macerations to extract the best eau-de-vie. In winter, Olivier distills for private customers as well as for himself: it's in summer that liqueurs, aperitifs and eaux-de-vie are available for sale. Once the still has been put away, the plums, Agen prunes, pears, reines-claudes... are ready to be tasted. A fascinating encounter.

The haute couture sewing. The house Cartron has been distillers-stanislao in Nuits-Saint-Georges since 1882. From generations to generations, the house has built its reputation on the quality and authenticity of the local products it works and on its high-end craftsmanship.
