This distillery is a family farm specializing in the cultivation of cider apple trees. As an extension of this production activity, Nicolas Poirier and his team carefully produce quality products using traditional methods, including fresh and acidulous aperitifs such as the "Little Prince Guillevic". The eaux de vie distilled in their still are aged in oak barrels in their own cellar. The production, labeled organic, is planted with about fifteen Breton bitter, bitter-sweet, sweet or tart varieties.

Nous n'avons pu faire la visite guidée du vendredi mais avons été très bien accueillis en cours de semaine. Un grande variété de cidre et d'alcool sont présentés à la vente ainsi que des rillettes par exemple de tourteau et d'araignées de mer à des prix corrects. Il est possible de déguster cidre ou autre fine.
