Chaintré, Fuissé, Pouilly, Solutré and Vergisson - what pretty villages and noble terroirs. It's at the foot of Solutré that the modern Atrium du Pouilly-Fuissé has been set up, uniting 250 producers of the eponymous appellation. Founded in 1974, this cooperative is a must for anyone interested in the Côtes-de-Bordeaux region. Tutiac's 500 winegrowers are part of the Agriconfiance approach to environmentally-friendly farming. Their range of wines can be found in their six boutiques in Gironde, as well as at the Bistro Vignerons wine bar in downtown Bordeaux.

On this road to the end of the world, which leads to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Mediterranean, the Maison Méditerranéenne des Vins offers you a very wide range: 15,000 products, including 3,000 wine references alone. Here, wine merchants can advise you on hundreds of products from the Mediterranean arc. Founded in 1959, this cooperative brings together nearly 80 winegrowers and 150 hectares of vines. Some plots are on the terroirs of the Grands Crus Ollwiller, Spiegel and Zinnkoepflé. The winery houses a museum and a shop stocked with regional products. The Soultz-Wuenheim wine trail and the vineyards of the Château d'Ollwiller are strong witnesses to the wine tourism developed here. The estate is undergoing organic conversion, with the first 2020 vintages!

Built in 1878 on the butte Sainte-Nicaise, this English neo-Gothic château is a landmark of the Rémois landscape. A guided tour of the estate begins with a 116-step staircase leading down to the cellars 30 meters below ground.
