Joseph Wheatcroft is from Corsica, yet in his boutique, carefully selected local products stand side by side with products from further afield, such as caviar and Petrossian products, salmon and foie gras, as well as fine whisky references: Ardbeg, Bushmills 21-year-old, vintage Oban, not forgetting the 100% local P&M. The prestigious vineyards of Provence are divided into three major appellations: Côtes de Provence, Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and Côteaux Varois en Provence. It extends over nearly 200 km from the Alpilles to the Esterel and accompanies you throughout the year thanks to the aromatic diversity of its wines, in the three colors. Christophe Andiné is a sommelier. In 1997, he decided to create his own cellar. Today, it offers more than four hundred references of wines, spirits, champagne and aperitif wines. Jean Carmet's family home, a 15th century building, has been home to the Maison des Vins for more than 20 years. You will be able to discover the different vineyards and estates of Bourgueil or taste a dozen wines. Not to mention more than a hundred vintages sold at the estate price. You can also learn about the terroirs of the appellation and the secrets behind the vintages. All summer long, the Maison des Vins proposes in its Espace Jean Carmet an exhibition dedicated to the actor.

We like the warm welcome, the old press and the beautiful vaulted cellars that we find here. Unavoidable, the Horiot champagne deserves a visit for its cuvées: the special Cuvée Jean-Baptiste, a blend of mostly chardonnay and pinot noir, with its beautiful golden yellow color; its Champagne Brut Rosé, elaborated by maceration in wooden vats, with a dark color compared to a blended rosé (white+red mixed), a pretty raspberry color.

We arrive here in a very beautiful stone house with a square tower and vaulted cellars dating from the 17th century. It is Vincent Bartnicky who will make you discover his House and his wines. At his place, the bottles are still stirred by hand, an operation that precedes the disgorging phase. You will find 100% pinot noir champagnes or pinot/chardonnay blends. We especially like the cuvée Elegarose and the cuvée Fût de chêne, original and convivial wines.

The creation of Meukow dates from the th century. In 1850, Auguste-Christophe and Gustav Meukow, two brothers from Silesia, were sent to France by Tsar Alexander II to supply the Russian court in cognac waters in Cognac. After several trips, they decided to install a commercial office in the town of Cognac and founded the House A.C. MEUKOW & Co on August 1 ^st, 1862. The brand grew rapidly and is now distributed in more than 80 countries.

Today, the Maison house reveals its treasures to visitors, in the heart of Cognac. In a décor that blends with tradition and modernity, the house is discovering its history and revealing some secrets of manufacturing. Raphaël, a former sommelier and epicurean at heart, has just taken over this cellar, offering a wide selection of wines (300 references) from Languedoc, Côtes-du-Rhône, Burgundy, Bordeaux and the Loire, as well as foreign wines. A few favorites include Domaine Jeff Carrel's Les Darons, a red AOP Languedoc wine, a blend of several terroirs from very old vines. A concentrated, mineral wine with fine tannins. The Vignerons du Vallon, from the cooperative cellar near Valady, have offered themselves a "second home". With this shop in a prominent place on the Marcillac town tour, they have a second local point of sale. But not only that! Every Sunday morning, in season, at the time of the famous Sunday market, the vineyard workers provide entertainment by explaining their daily life. La Belle Gabrielle is the store where the wines produced by the cooperative uniting about a hundred wine growers of the Essoyes region are sold under the name "Champagne Charles Collin", named after one of the founders. "La Belle Gabrielle" is not only the name of the establishment, but also that of one of the vintages of Charles Collin, which you can buy in this store located near the Espace Renoir. Other vintages will also delight you among the traditional vintages, the Prestige vintages and the vintage champagnes.

Domaine Croix d'Arbussin extends over 55 ha from northern Beaujolais to Igé in the Mâconnais. Laurent and his team work the vines with respect for the environment. In line with this approach, the new tasting cellar was built with the environment in mind, and is equipped with photovoltaic panels. Since its opening in the summer of 2022, visitors can come alone or in groups to taste the estate's High Environmental Value certified wines : Viré Cléssé, Mâcon white, red and rosé. White and red Burgundy, Chénas and Crémant.

Created in 1897, the Cave de Visan brings together 120 members, all winegrowers in the heart of the Enclave of the Popes in the northern part of the southern Rhône Valley. A space is dedicated to the tasting of wines, Côtes-du-Rhône and Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages Visan. The range includes ten or so cuvées, very aromatic white and rosé wines, very fine reds and a range of organically grown wines; the emblematic cuvée Notre-Dame des Vignes.

The Domaine des Granges is part of the Union des Fiefs vendéens. Christian and Delphine welcome you to the winery, a few dozen meters from the beach of Granges, after the district of La Gachère, to discover their Vendean wine land marked by the sweetness of the ocean. They elaborate their production with care and according to artisanal methods to offer quality products and are in full conversion to organic farming. They produce white, rosé and red wines, sparkling wines using traditional methods and also grape juice.

In front of the château's entrance, the Maison des Vins offers an original self-service concept in which visitors receive a glass fitted with a microchip under the stem, allowing them to select between 4 and 7 wines from the hundred or so on offer for tasting! Visitors can also taste the day's wines free of charge. An app for mobile phones and tablets allows you to follow the tasting with advice from the chosen winemaker on how to best match wines and dishes.

Founded in 1750, this is one of the oldest houses in Beaune. Michel Bouchard, draper and wine merchant, and later his son Joseph, established the family here. Visit the Hôtel du Conseiller du Roy, a superb residence dating from 1743. The "Discovery" tour includes a sensory, playful and interactive 5-sensory tour, and a tasting of 5 wines that opens the ^18th-century cellars. La Conseillerie des Tonneliers, created by Claude Siegrist in 1978 in Beaune, has the will to put forward beautiful wines of winegrowers. For 44 years, the best vintages of Burgundy and other regions of France have been sought after like nuggets for the professional network, tourists and locals. Real treasures, 1 000 selected references, an online sales site and a superb cellar. Yvan, his son, and Laetitia, his granddaughter, are passionate about the diversity of the terroirs, and are committed to creating emotion through accessible wines at estate prices.

Here you can find irancy and palotte palotte, a more careful, robust and powerful wine. These wines are not filtered during bottling. You can also buy rosé burgundy. Nice welcome.

Champagne Vincent d'Astrée is easily found with an entrance framed by two colossal statues: they represent the famous Dom Pérignon and the monk Jean Oudart (his oenologist). The house was created in 1956 and now has more than 240 families on 85 hectares of classified^1er Cru vineyards. In the great Champagne tradition, it produces a fruity champagne composed of 50% pinot meunier, 25% pinot noir and 25% chardonnay in a range of 8 cuvées.

Founded in 1879, the company initially supplied its grapes to leading champagne brands, before starting to produce its own wines in 1979. Each year, 100 tons of grapes are crushed in the traditional press, which can be admired on a tour, before moving on to the cuverie and the cellars. You can even take a tour of the vineyards planted around the Maison. The wines of the Maison are festive, joyful and convivial. Enjoy them in summer with your feet in the water, or on a cold winter's night to warm your heart.

Formerly named Domaine de Bord-Madeleine and then Château Lafleur Vachon, Château Raymond Tapon has a prestigious history. In 1904, Mr Chaumet-Tapon's wines won the grand prix in Saint-Louis. The vines, cultivated according to traditional methods, are located in Saint-Emilion. A superb black robe, dark in depth and purple on the surface, dresses this bottle with an expressive bouquet that combines red fruits and spices with an elegant toasted and fresh woody flavour.

Aux Vins du Large is a wine shop offering a selection of wines. You can make your purchases in-store or opt for delivery. The Aux Vins du Large cellar also has a Facebook page where you can follow news, tastings, and other events.

He fell into a Château Gloria at the age of 16 and made it his profession-passion! Sébastien, the enlightened owner of this cellar, shares with us his favourite sin. Trained at the same school as the well-known John Coleaux, sommelier-caviste in Rosel, Seb opened a place that he wants to be atypical and endearing. A cellar that hosts wine, beer, whisky and of course calvados tastings. An evening, on the first Friday of the month, allows everyone to get together for a time of discovery. Since 1998, this real historical underground cellar of 200 m² built in Vernon stone, offers a wide choice of wines, whiskies, rums and beers. It is an independent wine merchant who chooses for you the best products from different terroirs, and who buys directly from the producers. Au Gré des Vins is all about a warm welcome and over 450 references, including Bordeaux, Languedoc and Champagne, not to mention spirits. But you'll also find them at La Bouteille à la Plage in Arès, as well as a grocery store selling local produce (cheeses, charcuterie, etc.), as the same owner is responsible for this. Philippe regularly organizes "discovery and tasting" workshops to introduce you to new products, as well as food and wine pairings.

The Villa Malbec is the official showcase for Cahors AOC wines, and is the official tasting space for Cahors Malbec wines in its refined and lounge-like decor. The establishment, which is part of the Union Interprofessionnels des Vins de Cahors, does not sell bottles but rather presents quality products. 86 winegrowers are represented there. Villa Malbec regularly organises after-work evenings open to both novices and amateurs. You will not fail to find a quality service. A must in Lot oenology.

Since 1947, Caves Maurin de Dole has been managing no fewer than 600 wines, 400 spirits and 300 beers from all wine-growing regions. You'll find wines from the Jura, Burgundy and elsewhere. Another of the company's strengths: a fine range of whiskies, liqueurs and champagnes. And let's not forget the beer section! Located not far from the Intermarché supermarket, the store is spacious and well organized. And the advice is always sound. In short, this is a store you really must visit! One of the region's must-visit addresses.

À La Conscience du Sommelier has recently undergone a facelift, and the wine cellar is going strong! The new owner is determined to breathe new life into the cellar... sorry, a new wind! Since its inauguration on the day of the Beaujolais Nouveau, the cellar's projects have continued to multiply: first and second growths from our great wine regions, en primeur wines... This is an excellent place to indulge yourself while strolling through downtown Bernay.

In Préhy, this estate produces Chardonnay for the Bourgogne and Chablis appellations, Sauvignon for the Saint-Bris AOC and Pinot Noir for Irancy, all with the HEV label. You can discover them (and taste local produce) in their Chablis cellar. In addition, 2 superb gîtes are available in Préhy. And soon, a beautiful hotel in the center of Chablis: the emblematic Hôtel Bergerand is being renovated and will soon be transformed into the Hôtel Gueguen!

It is a small estate on which three generations of the Théric family have succeeded one another. Marcellin, the grandfather, had rehabilitated the wells to bring it back to life. Mathias Théric works in the family tradition, in the old-fashioned way: his wines are made from grapes harvested and sorted by hand, but his taste for independence and his desire to make subtle and astonishing vintages are worth the detour! Just up there, a few metres from the family estate, he has created a cellar to welcome wine lovers. This is where you can taste his wines.

This house, founded under Louis-Philippe, is proud to be the oldest in Armagnac. For 180 years, the Dartigalongue family has watched over the maturation of their eaux-de-vie in a magnificent cellar in the heart of Nogaro. Their armagnacs are the result of the blending of ugni blanc, baco and folle-blanche. They are distilled in a low-temperature still and aged for many years in oak barrels from the region. The house presents a very complete collection of eaux-de-vie (VSOP, hors d'âge, vintage...).

The Maison Desprat has been associated with a passion for wine since 1885. Pierre Desprat, with his two daughters Léa and Lucie, continues the family adventure and makes it a point of honour to advise and help people discover the wines of the Auvergne volcanic soil. To do this, a wide range of wines is offered in his shop. Alongside the local beverages, we find all the French and foreign wine regions. Beer, spirits and local aperitifs are also presented.
