The prestigious vineyards of Provence are divided into three major appellations: Côtes de Provence, Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and Côteaux Varois en Provence. It extends over nearly 200 km from the Alpilles to the Esterel and accompanies you throughout the year thanks to the aromatic diversity of its wines, in the three colors. One major common point however, the sunny side of these nectars resolutely Mediterranean. The CIVP's mission is to promote this unique living heritage.

Since 1 January 2004, the Interprofessional Council of the Wines of Provence brings together all winegrowers and traders appellations Cotes de Provence, Aix-en-Provence and Coteaux Coteaux Varois en Provence, allowing:
• increase the weight of the Provencal wine industry • have means of action and greater financial value • the specifics of each name or name of terroir. A particularly varied landscape, swept by the mistral, a sunny climate, warm and dry, so many variations that give the Provence unique sound character and unique wines in the world. For its wines, one must know Provence in full. Between the Mediterranean and the Alps, the vineyards of Provence stretches from west to east around 200 kms mainly in the departments of Var and Bouches-du-Rhône and, to a lesser extent, in the Alpes-Maritimes. In this winery three major titles (representing 96% of the volume of origin of wines from the Provence) * the Côtes de Provence appellation and terroir descriptions Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire Côtes de Provence and Côtes de Fréjus Provence La Londe, * the appellation Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence * Coteaux Varois en Provence 600 producers (540 private cellars and 60 cooperatives) and 40 trading companies will annually produce about 170 million bottles ( Rosé 88%, 9% and 3% in red in white) on a total area of 27,000 hectares. Provence represents 6% of the French production of AOC from all colors. Provence is the first region in France rosé AOC producer with 40% of national production, it provides about 5.6% of rosé in the world. Historical specialist clear rosé, fruity and generous, the Provencal vineyard produces no less remarkable red, powerful and structured up to age several years in the cellar and air white, tender and delicate.
