The third establishment of Maisons Glenn Anna, Les Tokés du 20 invites neophytes and enlightened connoisseurs alike to the pleasures of tasting. To satisfy every palate, young, fruity, gourmet vintages rub shoulders with prestigious wines, while in the kitchen, the owner offers boards of Iberian charcuterie, burratas, salads and tartines, as well as a weekly dish of the day.

Set in an exceptional terroir, the estate is now run by Sylvie and Philippe Desbos. It was created in 1960, in the middle of the countryside. Grapes are pressed the old-fashioned way, using a mechanical press. Here, the draught horse is back in action, ploughing with respect for the soil. The passion that drives them and the success that has forged their reputation. The estate produces renowned Saint-Joseph wines and, on a daily basis, a red wine from France.

La Clef des Vins is a wine shop offering a wide selection of wines, spirits and olive products. Founded in 1680 by Pierre Sparr, this venerable House produces a beautiful range of wines: Terroirs and lieux-dits, Grands Crus, Vendanges Tardives, Sélections de Grains Nobles, Crémants d'Alsace. You can discover these excellent wines at the cellar, 14 rue de Hoen, or at the store on the Wine Route. Maison Bonnevie-Bocart is now run by the^3rd generation in Billy-Le-Grand. Independent winegrowers and harvesters-manipulants, the family continues to develop the vineyard in line with family values: respect for tradition and the environment to produce 8 beautifully complex wines. A visionary and entrepreneur at heart, Albert Bergère created his own brand in 1949 in Épernay. A heritage and a love of the vineyard that was passed on to his youngest son André who has since taken up the torch. Supported by his wife, both have worked hard to expand the vineyard in an exceptional diversity of soils. This allows them to produce reference wines that are appreciated by many wine lovers in France and abroad. A sales/tasting store, guest rooms and a cellar are to be discovered.

Their vineyard covers 5 crus, all classified as Premier or Grand Cru, a guarantee of excellent quality that presages a magnificent aromatic alchemy. The Domaine is nowadays famous for its rare and atypical wines. The family does not practice malolactic fermentation unlike the vast majority of Champagne winemakers. All the wines are aged for at least 4 to 9 years. The range is magnificent and in particular the Cuvée Collection Roger-Constant, a high fashion vintage produced in very limited quantities. The estate also has an 18th century guest house called "Millésime et une nuit".

Jean-Pierre and his son Julien work a beautiful "Grand Cru" classified vineyard in Mesnil-sur-Oger. A graduate of Arts et Métiers, he began by working in the automotive sector before leaving for Chicago to earn an MBA and specialize in oenology. That's the Champagne way! You're sure to fall in love with this atypical Maison. Founded in 1947, Emmanuel Chopin is now developing a successful wine tourism business. Nestled on the southern slopes of Épernay, the 7-hectare vineyard is cultivated using integrated viticulture methods, and produces 8 champagnes classified into 2 ranges: "Originelles" and "Classiques". Rare enough to be highlighted, the House also produces 6 Champagne ratafias. The estate also offers a range of fun and convivial wine workshops.

The cultivation of vines and olives in Gigondas dates back to antiquity. In the ^1st century BC, Julius Caesar established a colony of veterans. One of them is said to have been in such a jovial mood that he was nicknamed Jucundus, "the Merry One", giving the village the name Jocundatis, then Gigondas.

This 4.2 hectare vineyard, dominated by Pinot Meunier, is managed in a reasoned culture thanks to techniques used in organic viticulture. Franck Début works an 8-hectare vineyard with a strong predominance of meunier grapes, using sustainable viticulture, in the purest respect of traditions. Founded in 1953, Cave de Técou, with its 465 ha of vineyards, is located between Toulouse and Albi, in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards on the left bank of the Tarn. For eight generations, Château Laballe has been run by the same family. In 2007, Cyril took over the estate with his wife Julie. Since 2011, the Annex of Laballe, located in Capbreton, is a relay between the castle of Parlebosq and the customers. While keeping the "house" spirit, the couple manages to give a new impetus by working on the labeling and bottling.
