Owned by the same family for several decades, the Domaine de Roux covers some 20 hectares surrounding the Château de Roux, built in the 17th century by the ancestor of the current owners. It is located in Bragassargues, a small village in the south of France. Grenache, syrah and roussanne are the main grape varieties used in this estate which produces AOP Duché d'Uzès and IGP Cévennes wines. Created in 1932, this cooperative winery was set up in Genouilly, as it was central to the production of winegrowers from some fifteen surrounding communes. This small cooperative covers some one hundred hectares, offering a range of wines renowned for their excellent value for money. Appellations include Montagny, of course, but also Rully, Givry and Mercurey. Let us guide and advise you, with a smile and warmth guaranteed.

An original merchant, but in his way: A little messy shop is a veritable cave of Ali Baba, full of treasures, that one cooks with the help of Philippe and Stéphane, from the small winemaker to the vineyard stars (Joblot, Lamarche, Forey, Bouchard father and son, Big brother and sister, DRC, Cuilleron, Gerin, Alphonse Melot, Château, Château-Myrat, Krug, Château-Myrat, Krug, Bollinger, Jablonski, etc.). The boss lets you decorate his storefront in a fun, sometimes even delirious way.

Bought in September 2010, the second AOP Côtes de Provence vineyard of the De Wulf family, which also owns the Jas d'Esclans estate in La Motte, is cultivated organically. It covers 43 hectares located on the edge of the Argens valley, at the foot of the Estérel, including 23 hectares of vines that produce 60% rosé, 30% red and 10% white. The grape varieties worked are grenache, cinsault, syrah, mourvèdre, carignan, cabernet, vermentino or rolle, ugni blanc and clairette.

It's a simple idea: the pooling of the know-how and means of about twenty wine producers, who have opened the first producers' cellar in the 11th arrondissement. You will find here wines from the great French appellations, sold in a short circuit, guaranteeing a quality product at a lower cost. The choice is vast, and the producers are often present on the spot to offer you their wines and allow you to exchange with them. Note that most of the wines offered here are organic: wine lovers will be delighted. The advice is of course excellent, and the opening hours are wide, especially on Saturdays since it is a continuous day.

Marc Rossignol, whose winegrowing ancestry dates back to the 17th century^and the Champagne region, produces wines that combine tradition and modernity using integrated farming methods. His 6 ha of vines cover the communes of Monthelie, Pommard, Beaune and Volnay. Taste tours of the winery offer a behind-the-scenes look at the production process and the beautiful cellars. This Stellian castle is one of the 5 seigniorial buildings of this village, like the branches of a star. Perched on its hill, the Vandelles have been working the vineyards since 1883. After Auguste, Joseph gave it a real boost. Then it was Georges and now his son Alexandre. The fine, mineral whites from the slopes of Mont Muzard are the excellence of the AOC. For a century, the sparkling wines and then the crémants of Etoile have gained an international reputation, the foam production being remarkable. The still wines are all aged in oak barrels.

Slightly set back from the port of Carry, go to the Caves de Régusse, at Marie Roy's, to make your purchases in wines and alcohols of choice. The owner is passionate about the land and you can feel it, as much in her committed speech as in the beautiful selection of regional and non-regional wines, some of them organic, champagnes and liqueurs. You will find here great rums and as many great whiskies for the amateurs. The wines presented here have a history and Marie attaches importance to it. Most of the wines come from the South of France, from Languedoc to Var.

Château de Lisennes, located in Tresses, is a vineyard offering a variety of activities and products. The vineyard also offers a range of wines, including classic Bordeaux, Clairet de Lisennes, Blanc de Lisennes, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Franc Rosé and Merlot. Wines are available in various bottle sizes, as well as in 5l and 10l BIBs.

Domaine Vins Michel Boulay offers a selection of quality wines. Jasnières and Côteaux du Loir wines are renowned for their dry character and fruity, floral bouquet. They also have the acidity to age well, up to 15 to 20 years. These wines go perfectly with dishes such as fish, seafood, charcuterie and cheeses. Some vintages can even be enjoyed with desserts.

Since 1997, Pascale has been the guardian of this fine family history and of a sumptuous vineyard covering 9 hectares. Located on the Saussignac hillside, the Serge Gazziola EARL vineyard is a 35-hectare winegrowing estate. Winemaker Serge Gazziola is an ardent defender of his terroir, and makes a point of improving this heritage. The vineyard is certified Agriculture respectueuse de l'environnement (AREA) level 2 and Haute Valeur environnementale (HVE) since 2019. A wide range of grape varieties are grown, including Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec for red wines, and Semillon and Sauvignon for white wines. The estate offers two châteaux: Château Les Plaguettes, which produces Bergerac wines to be drunk young, and Château Seignoret Les Tours, which produces more complex, oak-aged Bergerac and Saussignac wines. The wines are produced with care, using both traditional and modern techniques, and are bottled exclusively on the estate. The Serge Gazziola EARL vineyard offers an authentic wine-tasting experience in the Périgord region.

The winery offers a wide selection of wines and a warm welcome to visitors. Online ordering is also available. The Silvestrini Père et Fils winemakers have been in business for three generations, since 1958.

Château Barberousse, located in Saint-Émilion, is a winery owned by SCEA des Vignobles Stéphane Puyol. The vineyard was created in 1955 and covers an area of 70 ares. The main grape varieties grown are Merlot (70%), Cabernet Franc (15%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (15%). The grapes are harvested mechanically, and vinified in barrel, concrete and stainless-steel vats. The wine is aged in vats (50%), new barrels (30%) and barrels of one or more wines (20%). Château Barberousse produces an average of 30,000 bottles a year. The estate offers drop-in tours, as well as group visits by appointment. Visitors can also buy wine on site and enjoy a tasting session. Domaine l'Ancienne École is a family-run vineyard located in Vinsobres, in northeastern Provence. Organically farmed, the estate produces delicious wines with character, working in harmony with nature. With its 13 hectares of vines, Domaine l'Ancienne École produces Vinsobres cru and Côtes du Rhône wines, which are often recommended and appreciated by connoisseurs. The Vilmart brand was born in 1890 under the impulse of Désiré Vilmart, who at the time owned only 2 ha of vines. Laurent Champs, grandson of the creator, has now the honor to continue the family tradition. He elaborates the vintages and takes care of the 11 ha of vines that the vineyard counts today, planted with 60% of chardonnay and 40% of pinot noir. The average age of the vines is 30 years, which gives the wines of the range a certain aromatic complexity, the signature of the House. The cuvée Grande Réserve is a rather full-bodied wine, ideal as an aperitif.

Xavier Duvat took over this family business in 1991, which today covers 10 hectares, crossing the Marne, Aisne and Aube. And because the love of family is stronger than anything else, this outstanding winemaker works today with his son Léonard. The traditional grape varieties offer a very expressive result. The wines deliver full and elegant aromas. Don't miss the Albéric Duvat Rosé: a rosé blend with a tender color. The mentholated and floral notes reveal aromas of cherry candy and pastry.

Xavier Gonet and his wife Julie Medeville took over this estate in 2000, with its 12 ha of Premier Cru and Grand Cru vines. For over 20 years, the duo has been magnifying the terroirs of Champagne and Bordeaux. The house wines have frank characters and show good vinosity. The current owner, Xavier Loriot, cultivates a vineyard of some ten hectares. The wines of this RM are distinguished by their strong personality. The highly original labels bear witness to this. Château des Vergers is a vineyard located in Régnié-Durette. With its 12 hectares of Régnié cru vines, it is committed to environmentally-friendly practices, which has earned it the Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) label. The estate offers wine tastings featuring Gamay noir à jus blanc, the region's emblematic grape variety. Vinification is by whole bunches, giving the wines appreciable structure and acidity. Located in Lussac, just a few hills from Saint-Emilion, Château La Rose Perrière is a family-run wine estate offering wine tours and stays. The Sylvain family, attached to their terroir for four generations, emphasize their passion for viticulture and wine, as well as their commitment to sustainable development. The vineyard, one of the oldest in the Lussac-Saint-Emilion appellation, is currently undergoing organic conversion. Visitors can discover the estate, its gardens and its winery on guided tours, which end with a tasting of the red and white wines produced on site. The Château des Ferrages is one of the four fortified places that have marked the history of Pourcieux. Typical of Renaissance buildings, flanked by a large park with trees, it dominated the village. But today its most precious treasure remains undoubtedly the wine estate that bears its name. From these 28 hectares come four vintages, carefully matured in the cellar of the Château des Ferrages. This cellar, with a surface area of more than 1000^m2, combines modern winemaking techniques with traditional ageing.

Founded in 1938 by Christian Labat, the Labat Lapouge vineyards are located on the right and left banks of the Garonne. In the hands of Virginie Barbe,^3rd generation, the vineyards extend over 48 hectares. Since the 1990s, AOC Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, AOC Bordeaux red (Château Daubrin) and AOC Graves red (Château Dorléac) wines are produced here. Cultivated on 26 hectares of clay-limestone soil, the sweet white wine of Château Les Arroucats (AOC Sainte-Croix-du-Mont) is the result of a work combining tradition and modernity.

The Chéty family have been winegrowers for 5 generations. They took possession of Château Haut Colombier in the early 1990s. The estate is located on a hill in the Blayais region, with a view over the Gironde estuary. Olivier and Emmanuel have taken over from their father Jean, and are now masterfully managing the family estate. The 40-hectare vineyard is organically farmed and produces great Bordeaux wines: 2 AOC blaye-côtes-de-bordeaux reds, Envol du Château Haut Colombier and Château Colombier, 1 AOC blaye-côtes-de-bordeaux white 100% sauvignon, Cuvée du Colombier red and 1 rosé, Clairet (AOC bordeaux-clairet).

Château Garbes-Cabanieu is a winery offering a wide range of Bordeaux wines. The château's name comes from an ancient tower on a plot of land known as "Les Termes". This tower is thought to date back to Gallo-Roman times, and marked the entrance to an outport of the ancient Gallo-Roman town of Brion.

Vignobles Laguillon et Fils is a family estate located in Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse, in the Bordeaux region. The 23-hectare estate produces wines in the Castillon-côtes-de-bordeaux, Saint-émilion and Saint-émilion grand cru appellations. Jean-Marc Sélèque's aim is to reveal the identity of his terroir through sustainable viticulture and parcel-based vinification, with long ageing on lees. All his cuvées are the fruit of a score which, in its notes, tells the story of the climate, the soil, the work, the patience, the know-how, the origin and the history of his terroir. The 10 cuvées are chiselled and of excellent quality. A particular favorite is Solessence Extra Brut.
