Domaine Mosnier is a vineyard located in Beine, in the town of Chablis. They offer a wide selection of wines, from Petit Chablis to Chablis Premier Cru. Their flagship products include the Cuvée Héritage, aged in casks since 1893, and the Cuvée Antic, aged in amphora. Petit Chablis is described as a fresh, lively wine, ideal for evenings with friends. Chablis Vieilles Vignes is a blend of several vines over 50 years old, offering great complexity. Chablis Premier Cru Côte de Lechet is a fresh wine with a spicy, mineral finish, while Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy is described as very expressive. The estate also offers a limited edition, the Cuvée Terre & Secret, which highlights the beautiful minerality and charm of the Chablis terroir.
