On the edge of the lake, a wooded area of 3 hectares is equipped with heated pools (4 pools including an Olympic pool of 50 meters), a paddling pool with a play area, a water slide of 100 meters, diving boards from 1 meter to 10 meters, a restaurant, a rental point and sailing lessons, a multi-games area (beach volleyball ...). Established in 1977, Rillé Lake is now an important water recreation centre located midway between Bourgueil and Château-la-Vallière. Contrary to other lakes, which are the result of volcanic activity, the water of Saint-Eloy-les-Mines has its origin in human activity. In the past, there was a stadium and a fairground here, which were engulfed in a mining collapse. After their closure in 1978, it was decided to embellish the landscape by flooding the galleries. Today, the lake is open for swimming, fishing and pedal boats. On its shore one can relax, picnic, play and do sports.

Created by the hand of man in the ^12th century, the shores of Lac au Duc surround three communes - Loyat, Taupont and Ploërmel - and cover 250 hectares. Established on the course of the river Yvel, an old legend tells of a dragon that was smothered by Saint Armel, patron saint of Ploërmel, and now lies covered by the waters. It's a great place to relax and enjoy water sports, golf, fishing, hiking, rollerblading on the greenway, cycling and mountain biking... The most courageous will enjoy the 14 km hike between the greenway and the shady banks.

When the heat is on around here, you can take a dip in the swimming pool, or go for a run on the 4-lane pentagliss or curved slides, while the kids have fun under the watchful eye of the lifeguard in the paddling pools or in the dry pool with its many water games. In this natural site, a meeting point for naturists, you will find the ideal setting to enjoy this way of life in complete serenity and safety. The clear waters of the pond and the calm that reigns there are particularly appreciated by the regulars. The place is public and people of all ages meet there. Sanitary facilities are present: WC, showers (the use of soap is not allowed), but also benches, tables for lunch ... Numerous activities are offered thanks to well-maintained facilities with free access.

Located in the northwest of the island, south of L'Herbaudière, this beach is accessed by a dune path. A small rocky bay that extends its sandy strip to L'Épine. It is one of the largest beaches on the island of Noirmoutier. Bordered by dunes and the woods of Luzéronde, the environment is totally preserved. The beach of Luzeronde is the only naturist beach on the island (it is the southern part, from the blockhouse). We cultivate a different style here since naturism and conviviality are required. It is famous for being one of the most pleasant naturist beaches in the Vendée!

Built on the edge of the Lot, this lake extends over 9 hectares near La Canourgue. With its equipped beach and its small restaurant, one could believe oneself at the seaside, the calm and the serenity in more! Nearby, the vacation village offers about forty cottages and a comfortable gîte d'étape with seventeen places at a low price. The restaurant, open from March to mid-December, offers a generous and varied menu, to be enjoyed on the large wooden terrace to take advantage of an incredibly beautiful and relaxing environment.

Bram's Lac de Buzerens water sports center has become a must. Try out the water ski lift on an 800 m loop, ideal for beginners and for enjoying wakeboarding, skateboarding, water skiing and knee-boarding. For those who prefer to relax, there's paddle-boarding, pétanque or just lazing around. There are playgrounds for the little ones, and a walk around the lake. If you're feeling peckish, the snack bar is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, including for outside guests in search of nature or chill out.

Accessible only to pedestrians or cyclists to ensure peace and quiet, there are playgrounds and several relaxation areas. It is an ideal place for families, especially since it is possible to access it with a stroller. For the pleasures of water, it is possible to rent a "pedal boat" (from 2 to 6 seats) or a classic pedal boat to sail on the lake where swimming is prohibited. You can also go for a walk in the surrounding forest in a gyro-pod! Practical: a small restaurant is regularly open at the galleon.

2 km from Castelnau-de-Montmiral, this leisure center extends over a beautiful 7-hectare lake. You can practice water sports (canoe, kayak, pedal boat), sports activities (tennis, soccer, volleyball, ping-pong) and relaxation (mini-golf, fishing, petanque, swimming). Most of these activities are under the supervision of professionals and are subject to a fee. Finally, a picnic area with barbecues is located near the lake, in the shade, perfect for a friendly lunch.

The lake,, a "little inland sea", is fed by 4 springs and extends over 12 hectares. An ideal place for a vacation, with its extensive leisure facilities. The Plan d'Eau du Duzon is especially lively in summer, during the festivities organized there in July. Swimming is not permitted. However, many local residents and tourists enjoy the refreshing waters of the Duzon river. Below the pretty village of Saint-Martial, isolated in the mountains on the edge of the Ardèche plateau, this artificial lake not only enjoys an enchanting location, but is also very well equipped. The lake of Gimont is a 2 hectare lake reserved for fishermen and walkers. You will find on its banks some leisure equipments like a swimming pool and tennis courts. There is also an area for camping cars where you can park by paying at the terminal. Not really developed, the lake is especially a small paradise for fishermen. You can catch roach, tench or pike-perch. It is also possible to fish in the rivers of Arrats and Gimone.

8 km from Vire, a 43 ha lake (swimming prohibited) for fishing and water sports activities. These are offered from March to November by the leisure centre: windsurfing, catamaran, rowing, kayaking, pedal boats and paddleboard... Ask for information at the MJC of Vire. Also on site, several hiking trails, including a 6 km trail that allows you to walk around the lake, as well as a 10 ha bird sanctuary that allows you to observe no less than 86 species of animals (ducks, coots, snipes, grebes...). Surprisingly few lakes dot the mountains of the Ardèche. The few you do find are man-made. Such is the case with this lake, situated at an altitude of some 1,000 metres, which is a welcome refreshing stopover in summer. Swimming is supervised from mid-July to the end of August. The beach is equipped with a slide and water jets for children. Other services include a snack bar and various boat rentals (pedal boats and canoes).
