A beautiful beach of blond sand opening onto a body of water of a unique indigo color, surrounded by forest and with the rounded mountains of the Ardèche plateau as a backdrop... This is the promise of the Issarlès lake, very popular in summer. Pedal boats, windsurfing boards, water games and a supervised beach are all available to make your day or stay at the lake an enchantment. For those who don't fancy a swim, there are well-maintained paths (parcours de santé) around the lake to keep you out of the heat.

un bain à 1000 mètres d'altitude
c'est un lac de cratère aux dimensions modestes.Malgré l'altitude l'eau n'est pas froide en été. Une belle plage a été aménagée avec du sable, la baignade est surveillée sur une petite partie. Un sentier de promenade en fait le tour. C'est difficile de garer la voiture. L'endroit attire les familles surtout le WE. Se baigner dans une eau aussi claire et non polluée constitue un pur plaisir .
