The lake has a surface area of 32 ha. There are many aquatic activities such as kayaking, windsurfing, pedal boats, optimist, fishing…

This water body located in the heart of the Gauge plain allows you to enjoy a healthy walk, to practice canoeing and kayaking upstream of the dam and to fish in a second category river. Discover the birds, insects and local flora that lurk along the way.

In the summer, supervised sports and leisure activities are offered, free or not (mini-golf, basketball, soccer, badminton, archery...) which are aimed at holidaymakers as well as Condomois.

This open-air facility offers 3.5 hectares of lawns and green spaces surrounding the two outdoor pools heated to 27°C - an Olympic pool and a learning pool - and a lake swimming area - awarded the Blue Flag in 2021 - with diving board, floating pontoons and water games. A children's playground and a 160-meter slide for older children. Multiple services in addition: water ski school, swimming lessons and, of course, bar and restaurant. With Lake Geneva as its playground, the Sciez nautical base offers great leisure time for the whole family. Pure nature, here, there is everything to please young and old. Straddling the Meurthe-et-Moselle and the Vosges, these two lakes offer many outdoor activities: adventure park, bungee jumping, flying over the Pierre-Percée lake in a tyrol cable at more than 50 km/h, banana boat, paintball, go-karting, mountain bike and canoe rental, inflatable games for the little ones, without forgetting fishing and the leisure center of the Plaine lake where swimming is allowed.

On the shores of lake Lavaud, fine white sand warms the small and big foot of families. Bathing is supervised in summer and the neuville offers pedalos, volleyball courts and mini-golf and two options to eat (La Côte de Boeuf) or nibble (snack).

The area consists of two water plans devoted to fly fishing. A graduate instructor will give you fishing lessons, if not a truite trout, perch black-bass or pike.

The deepest of the Jura lakes: it goes down to 40 metres. Unlike the others, it is not a glacial lake but formed after a collapse. A local tale gives another explanation for its origin: a beggar would one day have asked the inhabitants of the village for hospitality. All refused to welcome him except a miserable and blind old man... In anger, the beggar (who was a witch) caused torrential rains to fall on the village which was then completely swallowed up except... the house of the old charitable man. Since then, it seems that on Christmas Eve at midnight, we hear the rooster crowing from the village buried under the water. It is also said that a fairy once gave these waters the power to launder laundry, without detergent or soap! Today, the lake is a peaceful place, frequented in summer by fishermen, swimmers and guests of the municipal campground on its shore.

This small lake, 2 km long and 400 m wide on average, lies between Les Rousses and Bois-d'Amont. In winter, cross-country ski trails run alongside it, and you can admire its frozen shores and the surrounding peat bogs frozen in frost. In summer, it becomes a water sports base with supervised swimming. Sunday bathers and boaters meet anglers who try their luck in the clear, fish-rich water. Thanks to recent improvements, the surrounding area now boasts a pétanque court, picnic area with barbecue, bicycle parking... The nautical building is also the starting point for the path that leads to the remarkable natural site of the lake rock. Finally, a wooden walkway allows hikers to cross the surrounding peat bogs in complete tranquillity, without damaging the fragile ecosystem. A fascinating thematic trail where you can discover the flora and fauna typical of peat bogs. Worth knowing: of all the lakes in the Franche-Comté region, Lac des Rousses is the only one that forms part of the Rhine river system.

The harbour master's office welcomes all sailors wishing to sail on the Orient Lake. It is also a tourist information point on the regional site, ideal for discovering all the activities and opportunities offered by the region. The Maison des lacs houses a club house, an exhibition room on the large lakes of the Seine (IIBRBS), and the harbour master's office for the information and reception of boaters.

Just 20 minutes from the metropolis by car, the Lorette swimming pool welcomes you during the summer in a relaxing and family setting. Here, the water comes from the Dorlay (river of the Loire) and is treated thanks to plants in the filtering garden, nothing more natural! The layout of the place is also very well thought out: you can come and have a picnic on the grass or stroll on the wooden pontoons, with your feet in the crystal clear water. A handi-accessible place thought out for children (who must be accompanied by an adult), where everyone can be sure to spend a pleasant day! The snack bar welcomes you all day long and offers cold drinks, pancakes and fast food.

It is the largest of the four lakes of Vincennes - lakes Gravelle, Minimes and Saint-Summoned - and is fed, like others, by the Seine. The boat rides are tourist or romantic and always pleasant in nice weather. In the centre, the islands of Bercy and Reuilly.

Located opposite the mythical Dent du Chat mountain, which culminates at an altitude of 1,390 m, it is a place where legends are told... It is a place where it is good to recharge your batteries. You can choose between grass or sand, in the shade of large trees or in the sun... The lake offers a very different view here and the footbridges and promenades are ideal for daydreaming and strolling to better enjoy the landscape to the sound of the lapping water. This is the public beach on the east side of the lake, much appreciated by residents of Annecy for its green setting and high-quality environment. Just a stone's throw from the town center and close to the Impérial, this beach is one of the most renowned in the area. With its 12,000^m2 of fine sand, clean water, diving boards and waterslide, sports fields and play areas, the spacious, planted and flower-filled beach offers a family atmosphere much appreciated by bathers and strollers alike. Showers, changing rooms, bar and self-service restaurant. So, as soon as the first rays of sunshine appear, don't hesitate to head for the beach! Numerous restaurants nearby.

Whether you are an individual or a member of a works council, come and discover the warm and relaxing environment of the Etangs de la Ville. Bar, snack bar, barbecue and games for children will be offered to spend a relaxing moment dedicated to fishing. You will be loaned a trout fishing line. Whether you are a child or an adult, it will cost you €2.80 for each trout caught. There are also daily specials from 10 €.

When the sun caresse the trees bordering the Eure, Petite Venice opens its doors, and puts its boats at your disposal to travel on the tranquil water of the river that shines. Between friends, family or couple, it's a real happiness to cruise, even a little moment, among the swans and under the saules weeping. It's a moment of simple happiness to share with those who love. All the more so since having rowed or pédalé comes comfort: nestled right in the bottom of the pretty House, the terrace of Petite Venice welcomes you in the shade of its umbrellas to taste pancakes, ice creams, waffles…

Three small artificial lakes in a family-friendly leisure park. They are dedicated to fishing, swimming and windsurfing respectively. At the end of the last lake, a bird observatory is available for walkers. In summer, the three lakes are a popular local cool spot, with bar-restaurant and evening entertainment. This multi-sport site features a fitness trail on the imperial road leading to the lakes, a nearby climbing spot and themed trails to discover the local flora and fauna.

It is hard to imagine that the site was used in the ^19th century as a racetrack for horses and greyhounds. It is now a 36-hectare haven of peace and greenery at the gateway to the city. Each age group will find the activity that suits them: sandy beach, swimming, paddle, kayaking, snowshoeing... For the fishermen, rendez-vous from May to December on the small nearby pond. Swimming is supervised during the summer. The 3 kilometer ring will conquer the walkers and cyclists. Numerous summer activities to discover!

The Green Island is a bubble where you can find something to spend a pleasant day. The place is divided into four areas: aquatic, fitness and wellness, bowling, restaurant. Why not start the day by the swimming pool with its outdoor river and 75-metre slide that will undoubtedly delight the youngest ones? You will have energy to start a game of bowling or go to the fitness and wellness area (sauna, cardio, massage, spa). At the end of the day, it will be time to refresh oneself at the bar with terrace and pergola, very pleasant in the summer, before regaining some strength in the restaurant with its resolutely tropical atmosphere. All in all, a good day!

Lac des Montagnès is both a natural site and a friendly leisure center. The lake is most popular in July and August, the two months when it is open for supervised swimming. A 300-metre-long sandy beach, water games, miniature golf, a paddling pool and an adventure park have all been laid out. Not forgetting the refreshment facilities, restaurants and picnic areas dotted around the lake.

The L'Isle-Jourdain leisure park covers almost 25 hectares to the west of the town, and includes a picnic area. Two artificial lakes fed by the Save river offer a wide range of activities. Electrically-assisted bicycles are available all year round from the tourist office, or you can explore the hiking trails on foot. There are four of them, each with a different theme: a cycling trail, an artistic discovery trail through the murals of L'Isle-Jourdain, a turnkey tour of the historic town center, and a heritage discovery rally for children. The skate park, city stadium, beach volleyball court, petanque courts, fitness area and tennis courts, located between the two lakes, are also accessible all year round. April marks the start of the season. The heated swimming pool boasts an ideal temperature of 28°C for aquagym, aquabike or swimming lessons. Adrenalin junkies and wakeboarders return to the waterski lift. Tricks are performed using structures placed on the lake. It's not until May, when the lake is a little warmer, that paddleboat and pedal-boat rentals start up again. In July and August, the mini-golf course livens up days and early evenings. Right in the heart of the village, with gently sloping access for children, this first ecological lake open to bathing in France is untouched by concrete architecture. Water at between 19° and 26°C, heated by the sun, aquatic plants that filter the water, a water jet and a small cascading stream ensure impeccable water quality. This 100% ecological lake is one of the most beautiful in the Alps, preserving the beauty of the natural environment! Cold water swimming is also available in winter. Located on the plateau of the lakes, Lac de la Raviège is the result of a 35 m high dam located on the Agoût river. The 410 ha of water allows you to practice many activities. Young and old can learn to sail, windsurf and even sail on a motorboat. And, a classic feature of the waterways, pedal boats are available for hire. Around the lake other activities await the holidaymakers.... There is even a relaxation area with sauna, spa and whirlpool in the town of Nages. A very nice place!

Want to get away from it all without leaving the city? Metz's 5.4-hectare lake is perfect. Stroll, cycle or rollerblade around it, and don't forget to stop for a photo in front of the torii, the Japanese gate, with the Cathedral in the background. Bordered by green spaces, it's an ideal place to relax with family or friends. And don't miss a trip to the marina, where you can hire boats - pedal or electric - and take a trip on the Moselle River.

The Moulin de Tala fish farm, near Lac des Settons, is a trout fishing site with three themed lakes covering 3 hectares. In a bucolic setting, the facilities on offer enable you to spend a pleasant moment alone or with your family, whether you're an expert or a beginner (fishing initiation). What's more, a restaurant - reminiscent of a small guinguette - offers you the chance to spend a whole day by the ponds.

Access to this renowned and formerly private beach is now free. Close to Le Pâquier and L'Impérial, this grassy, supervised beach is directly accessible from the bike path, and is a great place to meet up with family - supervised beach - and friends. There are plenty of facilities to make the most of a day by the lake, with your feet in the water: slides (depending on the lake's water level, which can be too low in high season), inflatable games, mini-golf, a paddling pool for the little ones, beach volleyball and badminton courts for sports enthusiasts, and a lawn for relaxing sunbathing. Are you in California? The Impérial beach is just as good!

This 100-hectare stretch of water is a wonderful place to relax, where windsurfers, canoeists, kayakers and carp fishermen all have a great time. Its supervised beaches are an invitation to relax, sunbathe and swim... The lake is just a two-minute drive from Homps, the Mecca of boating on the Canal du Midi, and the starting point for a trip along the water on traditional gabares. Every summer, water games are set up on the lake; ask about rates.

Created in 1982 at the initiative of the Community of Communes of the Vallons du Lyonnais, this 3 ha lake - whose name is the anagram of the name of the commune (we'll let you think about it!) - offers freshness to the many Lyonnais who climb to the heights of Yzeron. You can spend a good time with your family by taking a boat ride, to picnic, with a playground for children and hiking trails for everyone! You can also fish with your family (^2nd cat. Plage de l'Étang d'Isle is a magical place to spend unforgettable moments with your family. The nearby marshland nature reserve gives the illusion of being in the middle of nature. You can jump into the pond to cool off in complete safety - swimming is supervised! And if you're more adventurous, rent a pedal boat or enjoy beach volleyball, water games, ping-pong, arts and crafts and a host of other activities.

Created in 1981, this is a sensational lake. A man-made river with a natural feel, it stretches 700 meters along the Rhône, with a constant flow of 14 m3/s. The white-water area is the perfect place to learn about white-water sports, including white-water swimming, rafting, canoeing and kayaking. Numerous other services are also available, including water excursions, water trekking, multi-activity day packages and even Pilat scooter descents.

The 1,000 m² of the aquatic complex guarantees you great thrills. They are structured around an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a lawn with trees. Behind the large bay windows, you can contemplate the five pools in the centre: a 25-metre sports pool, a recreational pool with a depth varying from 0.40 to 0.90 metres, an "adventure" pool and two pools dedicated to slides and pentagliss. If the sound volume becomes too disturbing, we advise you to go to the outdoor area and its 3 ha park.

More than 1.2 million visitors each year, 16 hectares are dedicated to leisure activities, fishing, swimming, rowing or canoeing, but also walking, running or cycling around it (nearly 8 km) with a health course and a magnificent view of the mountains as a bonus. It is a place for the whole family in summer and winter. The picnic areas and walking paths are very well maintained. The second lake of 14 ha is a bird sanctuary.

A watering hole in a natural setting. It's a year-round meeting place for locals looking for a breath of fresh air. In summer, the leisure center attracts families for swimming. Inaugurated in 1895, with a surface area of 3 hectares, the beach of L'Isle-Adam is the largest river beach in France. Surrounded by huts, similar to those that can be seen on the Normandy coast, the place does not lack charm. While strolling on the "boards", one discovers a fine sandy beach that covers a third of the surface of the site, two swimming pools, including an Olympic one, water slides, beach-volleyball courts, tennis courts, miniature golf and ping-pong tables. Boat and other watercraft rentals are also available.

A nature area. Numerous water and land activities: sailing, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, catamaran, beach volleyball, beach soccer, table tennis, archery, orienteering, fitness trail, golf, children's games, paddling pool, walking circuit, fishing areas... With its 56 ha of parkland and 21 ha of water, Bouvent is a must. Animations in high season, snacking restaurant. The site is accessible free of charge out of season.

With a brand new aquatic center, the Carré Tonique, the Plaine Tonique is even more beautiful to welcome us as a family this summer! Located on the edge of a lake where you can practice many water activities or relax on the beach, the aquatic center offers five pools. There are pools for the little ones, while the older ones will navigate between the heated indoor pool, the outdoor pools with 2 giant slides and water games... Many other activities on land to have fun all day long. Vacations with your feet in the water.

With a surface area of 35 hectares, the site of the Tricherie lake offers a range of leisure activities, including a pond for fishing. The tour of the lake is about 3 km long and has a picnic area. Among the leisure activities: adventure course in the trees, swimming (supervised in July and August), games for children on the beach, merry-go-rounds (from April to September), mini-golf, pedal or electric boat, windsurfing. Bar-brasserie on site.

Of all the public and municipal beaches lining Lake Annecy, let's start with one of the closest and most accessible from the town center (by bike path and public transport): the Plage des Marquisats. Here, every effort is made to ensure the comfort and safety of users, with lifeguards on hand to supervise swimming. Floating wheelchairs are available for people with reduced mobility to facilitate their access to the water. Sanitary facilities and snack bar on site.

Located near the heart of Aurec-sur-Loire, on the banks of the Loire River, on a sunny and shady park, the site has a remarkable natural environment spanning many hectares. Classified NATURA 2000, this space for all, with many facilities, offers in addition to a sandy beach, multiple activities! The Respirando Area is accessible for persons with reduced mobility. For bathing, hippocampus chairs are at your disposal.

On the Lac beach, bathing is supervised until September, with a designated children's bathing area. On-site: lockers, toilets, cultural and sporting activities... You'll be happy to spend the whole day here, as the meadow bordering the lake is shaded and the pine forest has picnic and table tennis tables. People with reduced mobility will appreciate the adapted pathway and the means to facilitate launching (tiralo, amphibious wheelchair) during surveillance hours. Pets are not allowed.

When the Quercy sun is at its zenith and the heat becomes unbearable, it is good to enjoy the coolness of the water. The beach in Montcuq is possible thanks to this bathing area supervised in summer. The 4,5 ha lake is a great asset ! Everything is planned so that the summer people have a good time on the white sand. A chalet restaurant, a picnic area with free access barbecue, and a playground complete the range of services. Lazing around, swimming, but also fishing and canoeing (without equipment rental) are possible.

You have to go a little way from Lamastre to reach this leisure center below the village. There are tables for comfortable meals. Swimming is very pleasant in cool, clear water, even if access to the water via the rocks is sometimes tricky. On-site sanitary facilities and a snack bar mean you can spend a whole day listening to the murmur of the Doux. A popular spot in summer. Nearby, a campsite is ideal for short and long stays, and there are numerous walks such as the one to the ruins of Retourtour.

The swimmers can come and play in the water or sunbathe on the fine sandy beach. A bar and picnic area welcome visitors.

The plan d'eau de l'Uby is a huge 80-hectare lake for relaxation, with a fitness trail where you can enjoy fishing and rowing in a competitive channel all year round. In summer, bathing is supervised from the large sandy beach. You can go pedal boating, canoeing or paddle-boarding, and enjoy water games and an adventure park for the kids. There's also a 25-metre swimming pool, tennis, volleyball, basketball and pétanque courts.
