Day 1: Whitehorse, capital of Yukon
Steps: Whitehorse
Walking tour of Whitehorse with a stop at Macbride Museum for those who wish to learn more about the history of Yukon. The day ends at the Yukon Brewery Company to discover its hoppy delights. Dinner and overnight in Whitehorse.
Day 2: Miles Canyon and visit of Klondike
Steps: Kluane National Park, Whitehorse
Cruise in the blue waters of Miles Canyon where you can admire the world's largest salmon ladder, a kind of staircase allowing the fish to swim upstream in the river. You remain in the region's river past with the visit of Whitehorse of the paddle steamer S.S. Klondike, which was used to transport men and goods along the Yukon River during the gold rush. Head for Kluane National Park in the afternoon. Overnight in a campsite or lodge.

Day 3: Kluane National Park

A UNESCO World Heritage site, Kluane National Park and Reserve offers spectacular landscapes such as the impressive Mount Logan (5,959 m high), in the Saint Elias Mountain Range, Canada's highest mountain. Stop at the Tourist Information Centre before going for the hiking trails or the abandoned streets of the ghost city of Silver City, south of Kluane Lake. Overnight in the park.
Day 4: Kluane National Park

You continue to discover the park, thanks to a second day of hiking. Overnight in the park. Overnight in the park.
Day 5: Incursion into Alaska
Visit of the world's largest reserve of bald eagles (the American emblem) in Haines. Quiet rafting excursion on the Chilkat river to watch the fauna in its natural habitat. In the evening, you can watch the salmon fishing practiced by bears on the Chilkoot River.
Day 6: Crossing the Fjord Lynn Canal
You return to Canada via Lynn Canal's ferry, the deepest fjord in North America towards the city of Juneau. The end of the day is dedicated to a short walk in town and a dinner in the restaurant, to feel the atmosphere of the small village.
Day 7: Juneau and St Petersburg
You can explore the surroundings of Mendenhall glacier, or hike around Mount Roberts. At the end of the day, you can board a ferry to St Petersburg.
Day 8: St Petersburg
The day is dedicated to the visit of this beautiful city.
Day 9: Whale watching
The excursion is to be booked in St Petersburg. It allows you to watch the whales that move about along the banks of the fjord. Be careful, bring warm clothes because you must count the day.
Day 10: Ketchikan
Discover the old town of Ketchikan and stroll along the harbour. Numerous sports activities are available from this city. In particular, the Zipline (Tyrolean), which guarantees strong sensations.
Day 11: Skagway, emblem of the gold rush
Ferry return to the border with Yukon. Visit of Skagway, the flagship city of Klondike's gold rush. Souvenir photos in the historic district, a true film set. Visit of one of the expedition shops to let yourself be tempted by a rafting descent, or hike to the ghost town of Dyea, starting point of the famous and perilous Chilkoot Trail taken by the gold seekers. End of the day in one of the saloons of the town.
Day 12: On the Klondike Highway
Steps: Dawson City
Excursion aboard the White Pass panoramic train. Then departure through the road to Klondike. Passage through White Pass, a famous mountain pass at the USA-Canada border on one of the two main roads used by gold prospectors to go to the Dawson City region. Overnight stop along the Klondike Highway.
Day 13: Astonishing Dawson city
Steps: Dawson City
A simple Amerindian encampment that became a true mushroom town within a few months during the gold rush, Dawson City deserves an exploration day. Visit of the Musée de la Ville, the replica of the Jack London hut as well as the famous saloon and casino Diamond Tooth Gertie. Search for nuggets in one of the concessions kept around the city. Lively evening, year-1900's version at Palace Grand Theatre.
Day 14: In the tundra of tombstone
Steps: Tombstone Territorial Park
Day trip at Tombstone Territorial Park via Dempster Highway. Travel to the heart of the Arctic tundra, black granite-rock peaks and alpine lakes.
Day 15: Returning to Whitehorse
Steps: Whitehorse, Tombstone Territorial Park
The last day is dedicated to the return road between Tombstone and Whitehorse.
