A two-hour drive from Whitehorse, this natural site has wild, barren glaciers on one side and lush lowlands to the east, where grizzly bears, black bears and Dall sheep are abundant. From hiking trails such as the Auriol Range, an old mining road, to the ghost town of Silver City, the park offers a variety of activities that will satisfy everyone. A stop at the information center at the entrance near Destruction Bay, is essential to know the different routes of more or less arduous hikes and the precautions to take in view of the grizzly bears present.
