Day 1: Montréal

Welcome to one of the largest French-speaking cities in the world.


Multicultural, the metropolis blends its French accent with that of more than 80 other cultural communities and charms with its American-European ambiance.


Its downtown area teems with life at the foot of its mountain, while its history is rooted in its old neighborhoods near the river.

Day 2: Montréal

A leisurely breakfast and a day off to explore Montreal.


Like any great city, Montreal has 1001 attractions to offer visitors. Take the opportunity to experience the rhythm of its 5 main neighbourhoods: the Plateau Mont Royal, Old Montreal, Downtown, the Latin Quarter and Mont Royal Park.

Day 3: Montreal / Haute-Mauricie (340 km)

This morning you take one of Quebec's most scenic routes into the Mauricie region.


Covering an area of 536 km², this national park gives off an air of serenity in keeping with its gently undulating terrain and its variegated forests. On this wide plateau with its hills and valleys and network of lakes and rivers, life follows nature's rhythms.


You can feel the stress of daily life melting away, to be replaced by the peace and serenity of the great outdoors.

Day 4: Haute-Mauricie

A complete change of scenery awaits you in the heart of nature.


Spend the day roaming the hiking trails and taking part in fascinating wildlife interpretation activities.


Lovers of the great outdoors will find a wide array of possibilities, both in the forest and on the water.

Day 5: Haute-Mauricie

The Mauricie region is also known for exceptional fishing.


Spend an enjoyable day exploring the region’s lakes by canoe along with an introduction to freshwater fishing!

Day 6: Haute-Mauricie / Lac St-Jean (166 km)

This morning you set out for Lac St-Jean, a veritable inland sea.


Lac St-Jean is known for its warm hospitality: this is the ideal place to get to know the Quebec people with their customs and traditions.

Day 7: Lac St-Jean / Saguenay Fjord (208 km)

This morning you set a course for the spectacular Saguenay Fjord.


This majestic but little-known natural wonder will take your breath away and leave you with unforgettable memories.


You will discover the vastness of time and space in this place where the colossal forces of nature conspired to create a fjord.

Day 8: Saguenay Fjord

Make the most of this day surrounded by the dramatic beauty of the Saguenay Fjord, unique in the world.


Hiking enthusiasts won't want to miss the chance to walk the Sentier de la Statue trail in the Baie-Éternité sector of Saguenay Fjord National Park. The view of the fjord from the statue is spectacular.


The region is also home to two of Quebec's most picturesque villages, l'Anse-St-Jean and Ste-Rose-du-Nord.

Day 9: Saguenay Fjord / Tadoussac (134 km)

Today you set a course for the Tadoussac region. Be sure to take the Saguenay road so you can stop in Baie Sainte Marguerite, an excellent location for observing beluga whales. You can watch these iconic mammals from the observation lookout.


Continue on to Tadoussac, the oldest village in Canada, which is listed as one of the 50 most beautiful bays in the world.


Stop for lunch at Café Bohème bistro, conveniently located in the heart of this historic village.



Day 10: Tadoussac

Tadoussac is one of the best internationally renowned whale-watching sites in the world.


So you can hardly leave the region without going on a whale-watching safari!


This exciting adventure includes the services of a naturalist guide who will help you identify several species including the razorback and the beluga.


Day 11: Tadoussac / Charlevoix (143 km)

Today you head for Charlevoix, one of the most picturesque regions in Quebec.


In the very the heart of the Canadian Shield, the oldest rock formation on earth, Charlevoix abounds in one-of-a-kind attractions. Mountain waters cascade down the majestic Laurentians into the salty depths of the St. Lawrence River.

Day 12: Charlevoix / Québec (93 km)

Today you head for the beautiful and historic Quebec City, the cradle of French culture in the Americas.


Perched on the cliffs of Cap Diamant and overlooking the St. Lawrence River, Quebec is proud to be a living museum and the only fortified city in North America.


Once you reach Quebec City, take the time to explore the city and its many historic sites. The entire old town is a UNESCO world heritage site.

Day 13: Quebec

Take the time to explore the old capital and its many historic sites. From Place Royale and Petit Champlain to Dufferin Terrace and Château Frontenac, follow the winding alleys that will lead you to hidden places where you will have the impression that you are the first to discover them.


Pay a visit to Valcartier Vacation Village, a magic universe for the whole family, with its multitude of water slides, interactive water games and an exotic course running over wooden walkways through giant trees.



Day 14: Quebec

Spend the day in the great outdoors in Jacques-Cartier National Park, with its magnificent landscapes characterized by stunning contrasts: mountainous plateaus fractured by steep-sided valleys. 


The spectacular scenery of the Vallée de la Jacques-Cartier river valley includes a channel more than 550 metres deep through which the sparkling Jacques Cartier River winds its way.


At only 25 minutes from Quebec City, it's the perfect chance for the family to enjoy the Canadian wilderness, one last time before you have to leave!

Day 15: Québec / Montréal (250 km)

Enjoy the last moments of your Quebec vacation, before heading to the Montreal airport for your flight home.
