Created in 1897, the Cave de Visan brings together 120 members, all winegrowers in the heart of the Enclave of the Popes in the northern part of the southern Rhône Valley. A space is dedicated to the tasting of wines, Côtes-du-Rhône and Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages Visan. The range includes ten or so cuvées, very aromatic white and rosé wines, very fine reds and a range of organically grown wines; the emblematic cuvée Notre-Dame des Vignes.

It is a small estate on which three generations of the Théric family have succeeded one another. Marcellin, the grandfather, had rehabilitated the wells to bring it back to life. Mathias Théric works in the family tradition, in the old-fashioned way: his wines are made from grapes harvested and sorted by hand, but his taste for independence and his desire to make subtle and astonishing vintages are worth the detour! Just up there, a few metres from the family estate, he has created a cellar to welcome wine lovers. This is where you can taste his wines.

Founded in 1956, the cellar brings together winegrowers at the head of more than 150 hectares of vines. At the cellar, they will advise you on how to taste the wines, such as the reds that make the reputation of the appellation. The cellar also produces a rosé, as well as a Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise "Terre Blonde" which can be served as an aperitif or with dessert. But beware, the cellar is not satisfied with its sales activity, it also offers wine tourism services.

They are 80 winegrowers who have joined forces to create this dynamic cellar. They work with a constant concern for quality and this pays off as they accumulate certifications and medals. The cellar : 500 m². It is a good starting point for all those who would like to discover the appellations Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Côte du Rhône but also Ventoux, Beaumes de Venise. At the end of May and the end of September, there are private sales. The shop sells decanters or decanters.

The reputation of the wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape was already well established in the 19th century. The Maison des Vins Vinadea de Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a beautiful showcase of the appellation to help you discover them in all their diversity. Their cellar is a festival: more than 200 references from 100 estates and châteaux, including Château de Fortia, Château la Nerthe, Clos de l'Oratoire des Papes, Cuvée des Sommeliers, Domaine de la Solitude... So many names that make the appellation one of the jewels of the Rhône Valley wines.

Les Papilles… It can be said that this wine cellar and cheese bear its name. Small and cute by its size but great and desirable by its choices. of quality, such as this rosé of the domaine de la:: a dominant raspberry and cherry that gives it a pronounced taste (perfect on a salad). We are also cracking in front of fresh cheeses: Ricotta of the Larzac, Tommette tommette, cheese, tomme, Tomme, chèvre de (a delight), Rigotte de Condrieu… We stop there? No! There are also olive oil, balsamic vinegar, olive conflict, tomato caviar… There, you can awaken the taste buds especially when prices are not excessive!

Founded in 1924, it is one of the oldest cellars in the Vaucluse after those of Bonnieux and Bédoin. The cellar groups together 200 winegrowers and exploits 280 ha distributed. In recent years, it has also set up a plot monitoring system in order to produce a "lutte raisonnée" cuvée. Here, facing the Ventoux, the "hidden plots" encircle the winery on clay-limestone soils that are reputed to be warm, giving perfumed rosés that are pleasant to drink and astonishing reds that will appeal to lovers of full-bodied wines. All you have to do is taste them!

In the heart of the internationally renowned Côtes du Rhône, the Chantecôtes cellar, known for its medal-winning wines and its gentle techniques (hand-picking, grapes sorted on the vine...) welcomes you under a superb 14th century vault. You will discover a wide range of wines, from the lively and light to the wine of guard. The variety of soils and exposures are an asset that the cellar exploits to the full. To sum up, the wines are very regular and offer a very good quality/price ratio.

Château les Eydins is a winery located in Bonnieux. It offers a wide selection of organic wines, certified by Véritas. Visitors can discover all types of wine, from reds to whites to rosés. Among the wines on offer are Petitou 2022, Fontêtes 2018, Ouvière 2019, Cuvée des Consuls 2019 and K À Part 2020. It's important to remember that alcohol should be consumed in moderation.

The cultivation of vines and olives in Gigondas dates back to antiquity. In the ^1st century BC, Julius Caesar established a colony of veterans. One of them is said to have been in such a jovial mood that he was nicknamed Jucundus, "the Merry One", giving the village the name Jocundatis, then Gigondas.

Created in 1924, the winery brings together more than 200 cooperators. In this beautiful space, you will find a wide range of Ventoux wines in red, white and rosé which are segmented into three categories : Premium (old vintages), Valeurs (good value for money), Initials (entry price wines). Not surprising when you know that the group of Ventoux winegrowers covers an area of 1,000 hectares, including 750 ha of AOC Côtes-du-Ventoux, and 250 ha of vin de pays and table wine.

The cellar has been in the hamlet since its creation in 1925 and is excellent. Its vineyard is located in the south of the Ventoux appellation and to the south-east in the communes of Goult, Gordes, Joucas, Roussillon... The management team is dynamic and constantly seeks to innovate. We taste the wines - we love the white Ventoux "Aubépine" on summer tables. We also take the opportunity to choose some regional products: tapenade, vinegar, salt. The welcome is always warm, which is why it has been awarded the highest level in the Caveau Inter-Rhône's Quality Charter "Accueil Caveau Inter-Rhône".

Situated on the first foothills of the Luberon, in a sublime landscape, this imposing fortified residence belonged in the 16th century to the Aix parliamentarian Malherbes. In 2004, Nathalie and Albert Souzan bought this ancestral wine estate. On the 22-hectare estate, it is Nathalie who, after training in Suze-la-Rousse, has taken on the exciting role of winegrower. Very well supported by the whole family, the harvest and bottling follow one another. The labels are conjugated in I, You, Her, Us, They, in the three colours.

This vineyard was already cultivated by the Romans! With its 160 ha - including 100 ha in production - it is the highest and most important estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The famous rolled pebbles placed on a clay bank that feed the roots are located are located two meters deep! These are tannic wines with a certain classicism. The tasting is charged if you are in a group, but becomes free if you buy bottles. The advantage here is that you can taste up to 6 wines and make comparisons with the different wines of the estate, commented by Alex! Tavel/Côte de Provence - Chateauneuf/Lirac...Don't forget to take 2 pictures, one on the valley at the cellar exit and the other with Mont Ventoux, and one of the vines of rolled pebbles. It is one of the best estates in Chateauneuf-du-Pape.

1929, 3 pioneers create the Cave of Cairanne, mandated by 120 other wine growers to produce and promote quality wines that deserve an appellation of origin. Today, the cooperative cellar - which now bears the name of Maison Camille Cayran - makes and markets designations of the valley of the southern Rhône, AOC littoral-du-Rhône, and AOC Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Cairanne, Plan-of-Dieu, to the PGI, principality of Orange. For wines, you will find: Rasteau, Vacqueyras, Canoeing and Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Danièle Brunel, a winemaker's wife of Château de la Gardine, has created her cellar The Best Vintage in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, which brings together AOC wines from the Rhône valley (Châteauneuf-du-pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Rasteau, Cairanne, Croze-hermitage, Condrieu…) and Languedoc, with free tasting of different wine growers, including the family estate La Gardine. By appointment, she also offers tastings of old vintages and prestige wines, at Cave Ourouse, which is located near the fountain, in a room dedicated to the XIV century.
