Founded in 1924, it is one of the oldest cellars in the Vaucluse after those of Bonnieux and Bédoin. The cellar groups together 200 winegrowers and exploits 280 ha distributed. In recent years, it has also set up a plot monitoring system in order to produce a "lutte raisonnée" cuvée. Here, facing the Ventoux, the "hidden plots" encircle the winery on clay-limestone soils that are reputed to be warm, giving perfumed rosés that are pleasant to drink and astonishing reds that will appeal to lovers of full-bodied wines. All you have to do is taste them!
