Terre de Mistral was born from the passion and the combination of two demanding families on the quality of their respective production: Davico, vine grower and Gueury, organic olive grower. In the ^15th century, this superb property was the Clos du Roi René. With a vineyard of 50 hectares, Château Simone has been owned by the Rougier family since 1830. The cellars, dug in the ^16th century by the religious order of the Grands Carmes d'Aix, contain several galleries on different levels; they are remarkable for their homogeneous temperature and natural hygrometry. It is said that this estate produces one of the best wines in the whole region... Note that it was one of Churchill's favorite wines!

The family estate has been run for 5 generations by Nicolas Bontoux, assisted by his children Émile, Louise and Joseph, who, with the same determination and drive, develop new cuvées (silver medal at the Paris agricultural competition, and gold medal at the Lyon 2024 competition); as well as artisanal products grown on the vineyard, such as honey and olive oil. Located on the outskirts of Cassis, this 30-hectare estate with clay and silica-limestone soils was created by Émile Bodin in 1890. The Bodin brand was then registered worldwide.

This estate on the Crau plain is a very special place. Here, vines, wheat, barley and olives are grown. Wine and beer are produced, as well as fruit, vegetables and aromatic plants. In addition to the château, the property includes two chapels, a dovecote, a bread oven and a sheepfold, as well as dogs, chickens, pigs, horses and bulls. In one of the ^17th-century buildings, the Salle Fénière is available to hire for seminars, parties, weddings and more.

Domaine Guilbert is the story of the smallest estate in the appellation, with 6 hectares of vines planted around a Provencal farmhouse and cultivated organically. In 2007, Guy and Nathalie left their city, their job and their habits to put all their energy into a project: to do everything with their hands on the estate. After two years of apprenticeship, the roles were naturally distributed: Guy is in the vineyards and in the cellar; Nathalie speaks about the wine, markets it and has created its image and reputation.

This former farm has existed since the 1539 th century, and acts attest to its presence in. This vineyard covers 21 hectares, with a particularly favourable soil. The wines produced, all of which are certified organic, from Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, Counoise and Mourvèdre grapes, are elegant and high quality. Éole Tradition is available in all three colours. There is also a white Vermentitude made from 100% vermentino grapes and matured in ovoid concrete vats, a sparkling rosé and the Confidence (white), Caprice (rosé) and Réserve des Gardians (red) vintages, as well as the most prestigious: Léa and le K (100% carignan).

It is a beautiful wine estate that produces gourmet wines, but also quality olive oils. Planted on a hill and bordered by the via Domitia, Dalmeran is a magnificent property, on which Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault are happily grown. The welcome by the owners is pleasant. They are obviously passionate people who like to share their passion and of course the product of their work. This estate includes a 90-hectare vineyard that produces wines of various grape varieties, classified as IGP Alpilles or AOP Coteaux-d'Aix-en-Provence. Nineteen grape varieties perfectly adapted to the stony soils are cultivated. All the wines are certified organic. The cellar is equipped with two concrete egg-shaped vats to perfect the maturation of the exceptional Ludovic Dacla white and rosé wines. The AOC Palette is one of the most confidential in France (40 ha in total).The vineyard of Château Crémade extends over 9 ha, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain. The wines express the richness of the terroir and the know-how of this winegrower, in organic culture. The red and the rosé are made from a blend of grenache, syrah, cabernet-sauvignon, durif, castet, brown fourcat... There are 16 grape varieties in the red and 10 in the white, which is unique in France. Some of these varieties have even disappeared elsewhere. The wines are regularly awarded gold medals.

After more than a decade of work, the Domaine de Lauzières (on the D 24, 6 km from Mouriès) gradually restored its past chandelier. A loyal clientele of ecnophiles, haute gastronomy, hotel and specialized press make it honor. In a wild valley, between cultures of olive trees and pines of Alep, 31 hectares of grape varieties of the Midi - syrah and mourned - are cultivated and old grenaches of remarkable finesse. Welcome to Rocca Fortis! An estate perched at an altitude of 350 metres, with 24 hectares of organic viticulture. The owner, Raimond de Villeneuve Flayosc, enjoys a good reputation among wine lovers and, in viticultural terms, "calm" temperatures and a maritime influence beneficial to vine-growing. From these terroirs comes "Corail", an approachable, sparkling Côtes-de-Provence rosé. Owned by Romain and Barbara Tchénio, the Château Barbanau estate comprises 30 hectares of vineyards in two appellations: Côtes de Provence and Cassis. In this organically cultivated estate, the vines and olive trees are treated with copper hydroxide (a natural product), sulphur and seaweed to strengthen the plants. It is a very small wine estate of 7 hectares on a property that houses a chapel that has given its name. In the valley, a legend about this Bacchi. One night of the thieves would have introduced himself into his chicken, robbing him hens and roofs. They never benefited from their larceny, the volatiles miraculously petrified. In 1813, Jean-Jacques Négrel and his brothers acquired the property. Since then, 7 generations have succeeded one another passing on and perfecting their know-how in viticulture. Today, Guy Négrel runs the 60 ha farmhouse with the help of his children Maud and Matthieu, faithful to the spirit of his ancestors, combining creativity and tradition. Here, innovation is a tradition like this Mas Négrel Cadenet rosé, the first rosé to be vinified in oak barrels. With a reasonable yield (45 hl/ha) and an average age of 35 years - the oldest vines are 70 years old - the vineyard offers consistent quality. The estate produces 70% rosé (grenache, syrah, cinsault), 20% red (grenache and syrah) and 10% white (rolle). Among the house's successes: the "Grande Garde", a gastronomic grand cru made from complex vinification and old vines selected with tact, or the fruity and highly award-winning "Mas Cadenet". In 1982, the Gassier family, from a long line of Provencal nobility, bought the property and the 40 hectares of vines of Château Gassier. In 2004, the Gassier and Jeanjean families joined forces to run the vineyards. Today, Baron Georges Gassier represents the fifth generation of the family. In 2010, the estate began its organic conversion. Harvesting at dawn to keep a maximum of freshness, modern facilities to keep the grapes away from oxygen during pressing and preserve the aromas ... This beautiful estate, taken over in 1985 by Peter Fischer, is situated at an altitude of 350 m and houses a 17th century bastide with a pretty French garden. In 2006, Virginie Fabre and her partner Guillaume Philip took over the estate, 16 hectares of pebbles and red clay. They quickly won medals and awards for this Côtes de Provence terroir. The Made In Provence (MIP) concept offers original and tasteful packaging for wines that deserve it. In 10 years, their wines, elaborated with passion, have toured the world: Rose Bonbon, MIP and Hydropathe are tasted as far as the USA and Japan. This vast property, which belonged to the Hospitallers of St. John of Jerusalem during the 11th and 12th centuries, is renowned for its vineyards and olive groves. Since 2001, the Kessler family has been cultivating 110 hectares of AOC Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence vines and 60 hectares of olive trees, which form a single, south-facing cultivation area. Produced from the aglandau and salonenque varieties, the oil is available in two AOC Aix-en-Provence les Merveilles and Font de leu vintages and an AOC Provence matured olive (Sainte Modeste).

It is a Christian ermite of the fifth century, removed in a cave neighboring and revered by the faithful of the region, who gave its name to the domain. At Fonscolombe, the vineyard backs onto the northern slopes of the Trévaresse mountain range, stretching over the sedimentary basin of the lower Durance and facing the Luberon mountain range. The vines benefit from a continental climate, with cool nights and cold winters. The 32 ha of AOP Coteaux d'Aix and IGP Méditerranée vines are organically farmed. Château de la Galinière takes place on the plateau of Du under the Mountain Sainte-Victoire.

The vines of Château Ferry Lacombe extend over 120 hectares. The Ferry family settled here in 1442, accompanying Good King René to Aix-en-Provence. They stayed here until 1820. On the strength of his agricultural experience in Brazil, Michel Pinot took over the property in 2000, with the ambition to produce exceptional wines. The extent of the vineyard, the diversity of the soils and the presence of different grape varieties makes it possible to meet the challenge; the High Environmental Value (HEV3) approach produces top-of-the-range, elegant and authentic wines, to be shared for special occasions. The ever-popular Cascaï rosé or Naos rosé, but also reds and whites with star names.

The estate was created in 1979 by Michel Fabre, who first planted 9 hectares of vines at the foot of Mount Sainte-Victoire. In 2006, his children joined the company, giving it a new dynamism. The vines are between 5 and 60 years old: Syrah, grenache, Ginsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Rolle and Clairette. The vineyard is cultivated in sustainable viticulture.

You have more than one reason to stop off at this great estate managed by the Foreign Legion: 40 hectares of vines whose wines, AOC Côtes de Provence in the 3 colours, are vinified by the Cave coopérative de la Sainte-Victoire. You will also discover 2 workshops - one for ceramics, the other for bookbinding - where the residents (former legionnaires) will do their utmost to carry out your orders. A shop offers derivative products - pennants, watches, t-shirts, caps - stamped Foreign Legion. The annex of the legionnaire's uniform museum is currently being renovated. A few years ago, in 2006 to be exact, Virginie & Guillaume Philip entered the world of vines and wine in full view, winning medals, awards and favorites for their first rosé wine vinification on the Sainte-Victoire terroir. The local wine microcosm attended the event and the birth of a concept, the "MIP" for Made in Provence. Thirteen years later, medals are filling the drawers and the wines vinified by Guillaume & Virginie are as many references. We like Le Petit Diable to accompany grilled meats and salads in summer.

The Hauvette estate, it is a real haven of peace lost right in the middle of almond trees and olive trees, a place where we understand the importance of the soil… it is also the place of culture and breeding of a wine QUALITY AOC (QUALITY PROTECTED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN). Cultivated on hillsides, the vineyard benefits from an important drainage which combined to the structure of the ground and a northern exposure, produces a dense and complex wine. The harvests and the winemaking processes are led in a former way in this estate which follows a charter of biological culture.

At the crossroads between N7 and D6, this is an address for gourmets of sun and Provence. The former vault of the La Neuve Clos was renovated and converted into a shop of local. You find now the wines of the estates of the La Neuve Clos and Lacombe Ferry, but also of the bottles come from Languedoc, Bandol, Cassis, olive oils AOP high-quality of Nice, Aix En Provence, the Beams, the Alps, Haute Provence of Nyons. Family farm of 15 ha Villa Minna Vineyard develops environmentally friendly wine-growing with extremely low yields, manual harvest, vinification of indigenous yeasts and a barriques in a cellar buried for 24 months. Its wines are powerful, greedy, full of freshness and great aromatic complexity with great care potential. Didier Cornille and his wife bought this wine estate from the 2012 th century in the Provençal Camargue in. If Didier has recently turned to viticulture, he has been working on the land for ever - he helped his father on the family farm in Saint-éienne du Sandstones. True to its values, the new wine grower cultivates 32 hectares of vines with passion. Its wines, appellation land of Camargue, come from original varieties - chasan, caladoc, marselan - which give them unique flavours. Three vintages of wines (in the three colours) are available in the field: The secrets of Cornille, the Cuvée Van Gogh and the wine Mas de Rey. The estate is located in Coudoux, 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence.
