The estate is located in Coudoux, 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence. It is at the bottom of this chain of Mediterranean hills that the vineyard of Château Saint-Hilaire stretches over its 60 stony hectares. For two generations in the Lapierre family, this family operation in organic conversion, recognized for its vintages, moved in 2016 in its castle, between vineyards and olive trees, a building that succeeds the old sheepfold in the center of the village. Today, the latest generation equipment does not detract from the attachment to tradition, marked in particular by an aging cellar of over 180 barrels. Tastings, visits and wine-tourism events play an important role in the life of the château. A calendar to follow throughout the year... The vineyard is based on several grape varieties. For the reds and rosés: syrah, grenache and cabernet sauvignon. For the whites: clairette and rolle. The château traditionally offers four cuvées: Côté Sud, Château, Prestige and finally the Cuvée One Ed. Limitée. Each one is available in the three colors.
