This beautiful estate, taken over in 1985 by Peter Fischer, is situated at an altitude of 350 m and houses a 17th century bastide with a pretty French garden. A vineyard of 24 hectares with an unusual view of Sainte Victoire. The estate's wines have the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation and are certified organic. Different ranges of wines are vinified here - the Château wines, to be drunk in their young years, the Grands vins, matured in oak barrels, or the Cuvée Pure, single-variety natural wines. These are fruity and delicious reds, elegant and woody whites, very fragrant, among the most prized wines of the appellation. A well-deserved fame!
