VILLA MINNA VINEYARD
Family farm of 15 ha Villa Minna Vineyard develops environmentally friendly wine-growing with extremely low yields, manual harvest, vinification of indigenous yeasts and a barriques in a cellar buried for 24 months. Its wines are powerful, greedy, full of freshness and great aromatic complexity with great care potential. A property of Minna and Jean-Paul Luc, this vineyard leads to organic farming produces non-standard and non-standard wines outside the domain of designations. Minna Vineyard, red country wine 2006, unsubtyped by notes of coffee, black fruits and elegant woody notes. The white LOO 7, a table wine, surprises, after a mandatory passage in jug, by its magnitude and its dense structure. Généreux generous (pine, spices, citrus fruits), it distinguishes itself by a rare length and complexity for a white Provence.
