This magnificent building is situated on the cathedral square and is one of the oldest colmariens. Its construction is estimated in the twelfth century. This building has undergone many changes over the centuries, especially in the nineteenth century, where the Adolph family, the restaurant with the flavor of the day, added light and large windows!
