A beautiful butchery located in a typical old town house. Here, meat is as beautiful and fresh as the last fishing. Beef, veal, lamb and pork all come from Limousin and are delivered by whole carcasses before being debited and maturés on site. An art that earned Didier Prampart the national trophy for Gold, rewarding the quality of his four meats, delivered in 2008 at the Salon de l'Agriculture in Paris. Add excellent meats preparations to this, and you will understand that butchery has the future.

The Rublé Farm is first of all a family story, that of Régis and Colette Boileau, joined by their son Benjamin in 2006 on the exploitation became organic. And it's also the story of passionate farmers who have been able to adapt and change their activity over time. Their dairy farm gradually diversified, with the creation of a cheese factory in 2008, followed by the creation of a vegetable activity the following year. In 2010, Martin (Benjamin's brother) joined the team to focus on beef production. You will find them at the bottom of the market. The key word for this poultry specialist is education: indeed, it is not enough to sell very good products, it is especially important to explain how to cook them to bring out all their flavours. And this is what Richard Delanoë does through the recipes listed on his website. Here the rabbits are farmed and come from the Bois de Boulle farm (near La Turballe). The poultry, selected in 3 different regions (Landes, Challans, Ain) all have a Label Rouge. The pigeon in blood, the Mesquer pigeon, i.e. not bled, is honoured on the tables of the greatest restaurateurs.
