The house offers a beautiful range of chocolates and especially the traditional Bergamotes de Nancy, sugared almonds, nougats, cookies. Currently suspended, the visit of the chocolate factory is a must. For a little more than an hour, some specialties will be made in front of you including the Bergamot de Nancy and the Macaroon de Nancy before tasting. A tasty and friendly moment.

The Perrin confectionery was created in 1950. If at the beginning, the confectionery made was only cooked sugar candies (bergamots, violets, poppies...) and sold to professionals, it opened to the public and knew how to diversify its products since the 1970s. Albert Lalonde took over the shop in 1901 and created the famous crackers in 1936, then the duchesses of Lorraine in 1950. Over the years, Lalonde's reputation in confectionery, chocolate and pastry-making has been consolidated, thanks in particular to its traditional know-how and the impeccable quality of its products.
