For eleven years, Léon has been able to make a name for itself among the independent wine merchants of Nancy. The reason? A warm welcome, sound advice from the sommelier and a large selection of available references (nearly 600!). Wine, of course, for all budgets and tastes, but also champagne and spirits... La Cave de Léon also organizes afterwork sessions with winegrowers who come from all over France to help you discover their products in a good mood. Léon also comes to your events and privatizes the cellar.

In Nancy, the specialist of arranged rum is Kévin Juliac, who created his store a few years ago. His bottles are sold in local wine shops, but also in breweries throughout France, and of course, on his website. Deeply ecological, Kevin Juliac always favors short circuits and local products, such as the honey from Lorraine that we find in the surprising and delicious honey-cinnamon or ginger associations. Four wine enthusiasts will introduce you to their exceptional cellar: Aurore Clos, a regular sommelier in Nancy; Romuald Moriau, a finalist in the 1998 Best Young Sommelier of France competition; and two equally indispensable young sommeliers. This team can advise you on how to take top-quality wines home with you, or enjoy them on site, at parties or events. It's a very friendly store, with affordable prices.

With moderation, it is not forbidden to taste the drinks of the IPN. Located in the center of Nancy, this wine bar comes alive at aperitif time, then in the evening, until late at night. Wooden tables and wine barrels invite you to drink a glass of wine, from here or elsewhere, in a good-natured atmosphere (remember to raise your head for the balloons). The wide choice of beers has recently been completed by delicious ciders and spirits. It is possible to privatize and recommended to reserve. Remember: Wednesday is IPN!

A historic address for good bottles and good advice, for 25 years already! The secret to its longevity? The nearly 850 estate wines and grands crus, 70 champagnes, 350 whiskies, 80 rums, 30 cognacs and armagnacs... but also the good humor and efficiency of the team led by wine specialist Gauthier Maire. As an added bonus, the chic, well-appointed boutique is particularly warm and welcoming. Tasting sessions are available, as is a 70^m2 room for seminars or private parties.

The three musketeers who make up the team of the Cave du Faubourg make people love the dive bottle like no other. They talk about wines as fine connoisseurs, borrowing from the language of the winemakers. Their cellar is supplied with more than 400 references all year long, from the most beautiful regions of France and even from abroad. Trained as sommeliers, they have been offering their favorites for the past thirty years, favoring biodynamic wines. So, won over by their own pleasure and knowledge, we discover unknown vintages and marvelous vineyards, to leave sometimes with a few bottles bought at the Cordonnerie across the street. Located next to Grand Frais, Cave 401 with its large parking lot welcomes you to over 200 m². An extraordinary selection of French and non-French wines, beers and spirits (over 200) awaits you in this subdued, industrial warehouse-style space. Products are displayed on large tables, supported by real barrels or in wooden shelving. The team of passionate artisan-cavistes will be delighted to guide you, or even introduce you to oenology, during tasting or private evenings, for your meetings and events.

Regularly rewarded, this Toulois estate is the initiative of Isabelle and Jean-Michel Mangeot, who started their winegrowing activity in 1997. Today, Isabelle Mangeot continues the adventure and passes on this passion by offering 13 different vintages, and no less than 120,000 bottles produced each year. The grape varieties that make up the appellation are Auxerrois, which gives aromatic white wines without acidity, Gamay, a rustic grape variety that brings fruitiness and vivacity, and Pinot Noir, which brings richness, roundness and finesse to the wine.

Founded in 2003, the Brasseurs de Lorraine is one of the guarantors of the region's brewing tradition. With its wide range of beers, the company is the largest craft brewery in Lorraine, where future brewers are also trained. The quality of its 100% natural products is recognised by the label Origine France Garantie and has received numerous awards. It is also possible to visit the brewery and taste the products.

Since 1722, the Laroppe family has been the owner of vineyards, that's how great its reputation is in the Toulon region! In addition to working on wines recognized in the region, Vincent Laroppe and his producers are keen to show visitors all the stages of the work of the vine. From the cellar to the bottling and the pressing, the wine of Toulon will have no more secrets for you! But the Maison Laroppe is not only about wine: brandies, liqueurs, syrups and even regional products are also part of the range.

A 2.5 ha vineyard modified into high Alsace type vines in order to optimize the quality of the harvest. The grape varieties are gamay, pinot noir and auxerrois. Francis Demange settled there more than ten years ago and participates in the production of Toul wine. His Gris de Toul, made with 15% pinot noir, is round and supple in the mouth. The Auxerrois, on the other hand, is characterized by citrus notes for a fruity and dry taste. The pinot noir surprises with notes of raspberry. There is something for everyone. Since 1996, Marc Laroppe and his wife Géraldine have been cultivating 2.2 hectares of vines, after Monsieur replanted some vines in his native village. The vine stock thus divides at 80 cm from the ground in a V shape, guaranteeing better exposure to the sun and more effective moisture protection. The estate produces gamay, pinot noir and auxerrois grape varieties. Marc Laroppe has been a medal winner since his first harvest, and today produces an average of 18,000 bottles each year, which he sells directly. Géraldine also manages the guest rooms installed on the estate.

The cooperative created in 1990 is composed of 8 members cultivating a surface of 9 ha. A nice way to perpetuate an ancestral tradition linked to this village whose origins date back to the 10th century! All the ranges of Côtes de Toul are produced, grey, white and pinot noir. You can also discover their sparkling wines including the white of white, white of black and rosé sold under the appellation "cuvée Crinoline". It is far away, the time when the gris de Toul was considered as a table wine, served in large carafes during balls. Its festive reputation still persists, but the Toulois region as a whole now offers wines that will seduce wine lovers. In the Migot family, the elaboration of Toul wines is part of an eleven generation tradition. Camille Migot, the last of the lineage, has taken up the family torch and offers AOC Côtes-de-Toul wines, from Auxerrois to Pinot Noir and Gris de Toul. His approach is to convert the production to organic, in total adequacy with the values of the family. The grapes are picked by hand, before being sorted and passed in immediate harvest for the whites and the grays. The reds are destemmed and put in vats.

In the village of Anthelupt, a stone's throw from Lunéville, owner and brewer Katy Klein produces a dozen 100% natural local beers, as well as the famous Punch lorrain. All certified organic and additive-free, the beers are brewed from French malts and hops in water drawn from nearby Bienville-la-Petite. Workshops are organized to help you discover the craft of brewing. You can also visit the site and take part in a tasting to discover the aromas and food-beer associations. A visit to the store is recommended.

The store is arranged like a cellar and offers a wide choice of great French and foreign wines. Nagy, an eminent wine specialist, does not hesitate to point out that Hungary, his native country, has a real know-how, and will offer you its best bottles, such as the Tokaji and the Bikaver. Member of the association Les Cavistes avisés, he values authenticity and quality for all budgets. Tasting evenings are regularly organized at the store and Nagy also takes part in oenology groups.
