A 2.5 ha vineyard modified into high Alsace type vines in order to optimize the quality of the harvest. The grape varieties are gamay, pinot noir and auxerrois. Francis Demange settled there more than ten years ago and participates in the production of Toul wine. His Gris de Toul, made with 15% pinot noir, is round and supple in the mouth. The Auxerrois, on the other hand, is characterized by citrus notes for a fruity and dry taste. The pinot noir surprises with notes of raspberry. There is something for everyone.
